Australians slide into the third world as choose between heating cooling or food: The runaway costs of Green house effects


"It’s not an exaggeration. The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal admitted this week in its report on new retail charges for 2012/2013 that power bills were rising well in excess of wage growth.
While the average bill would be expected to rise by between $200 and $400 a year from July 1, some households in NSW will see increases in excess of $700 a year, it said."
