A 14-YEAR-OLD girl has been sexually assaulted by a limousine driver hired to ferry a group of teenage friends around Sydney after a late-night party at Bondi.

This brave son of allah, this swaggering Muslim RAT with a Gold Tooth,unrestrained under the Australian Labor Party’s filthy, putrid dead cat skin cloak of Multiculturalism. 

A Sydney court has heard the driver promised the girl she could ride to his next appointment to pick up rap star Kanye West and then plied her with alcohol.

After falling asleep on a back seat, the girl awoke to find the man, Mohamed Sabra, 34, of Bexley, fondling her breasts and performing oral sex on her, court documents allege.

Sabra, who owns Rockdale based Sabra Limousines, faced Sydney District Court on Friday after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting the girl in December 2008.

His victim, now 16, is the daughter of a prominent Sydney businessman, but neither can be named to protect her identity.

Agreed facts tendered at Sabra's sentencing submission hearing said the teen first met Sabra in November 2008 when a "family friend" arranged for him to drive her and a friend to the Rihanna-Chris Brown concert in Homebush.

On that occasion, the girl told Sabra she was 14-years-old, court documents said.

One month later she called his limo service and asked him to collect her and a group of friends from a party at Bondi where she had two alcoholic drinks.

In the limo, Sabra told the girl he "had an appointment to pick up singer Kanye West" who was touring Australia. The teen said she was a fan and the driver replied that she could "could go with him but there would not be enough room for her friends", court documents said.

She agreed and Sabra drove her to the Sydney CBD where she drank a Red Bull and vodka drink that he had poured in a champagne glass for her.

Sabra said he had a sore neck and asked the girl for a massage. She gave him a short massage and he started massaging her shoulders, court documents said. After waking during the alleged assault, the girl pushed Sabra away and said: "Why would you take advantage of me?", court documents said.

Sabra allegedly replied: "Why are you crying? If you didn't like it why didn't you stop me?"

The matter will return to court on January 28.

ROCK'N'ROLL bad boy Gary Angry Anderson believes life experience has taught him "Aussies use their fists" when they fight and that "weapons were introduced by other cultures".

The former Rose Tattoo frontman's comments before a Parliamentary inquiry in Canberra yesterday have experts describing his views as "pure fantasy" and ignoring "the realities of life".

Anderson, 63, was adamant he's not racist and said politically correct bureaucrats were getting in the way of progress when it comes to preventing youth violence.

“We Can’t be Beaten”

"The racial thing, the cultural thing needs to be addressed because it's not going to go away," he told a Federal Parliamentary Committee into the impact of violence on youth.

"You never kick a bloke when he's down . . . you don't gang up on a bloke. These things are Australian and we shouldn't shy away from being Australian."

The father of four said he had taught his sons these principles and said "other cultures" had introduced weapons, including the Lebanese, Indochinese and Pacific Islanders.

"We have to acknowledge that they have a different view about how they deal with each other," he said.

"It's not untoward for them to turn up to a fight with a hatchet."

Anti-Discrimination Board president

Stepan Kerkyasharian said the entertainer's views were unrealistic.

"To suggest that if people of a particular kind of culture weren't here a particular kind of violence wouldn't occur is pure fantasy," Mr Kerkyasharian said.

"To suggest a type of violence didn't exist before is purely ignoring the realities of life."

Australian Race Discrimination commissioner Graham Innes agreed with Anderson that "some violence in Australia has a racial aspect" but said it had been going on since the goldfields in the 19th century.

"We need a zero-tolerance policy from government to say that multicultural violence is not tolerated," Mr Innes said.

"Violence amongst racial groups is not new - the white settlers were violent towards Aboriginal people."

Outside Parliament, Anderson, who has worked with numerous youth charities, said he grew up in '80s Australia when "Aussie kids didn't use weapons".

"We've got to tell Lebanese kids and Indochinese kids that it might be all right where you come from but it's not all right here," he said.

The only fantasy here Mr Kerkyasharian, is the belief in Multiculturalism, a belief in a social structure where the host culture is legally cannabalised by the inferior cultures, indeed proven failed culrtures of colonialist who’s own culture was so good they RAN AWAY from it.

IT'S official: The war on terror is over.

Nearly eight years after New York's World Trade Centre twin towers fell and US president George W.Bush stood amid the smoking rubble and vowed revenge, the phrase "war on terror" has been officially dropped from the Australian government lexicon.

The dumping of the phrase, criticised as a non-sequitur because terrorism is a tactic, not an entity, is part of a campaign by the Rudd government to change the way we talk about terrorism.

Attorney-General Robert McClelland yesterday launched the national rollout of "project lexicon", a joint study on the language surrounding terrorism.

Mr McClelland said the study, to be conducted with Victoria Police, the Victorian government and the Australian Multicultural Foundation, was part of a broader strategy aimed at countering radicalisation of young Muslim men.

Mr McClelland said several of the words or phrases used to describe terrorism had the inadvertent effect of glorifying violent criminal behaviour. He said rather than framing terrorism as a struggle by describing it as a "war" or "jihad", acts of terror should be described as serious criminal acts usually directed at innocent civilians.

"The general theme (of the research) is anything that suggests a war of cultures or religions," Mr McClelland told The Australian. "So the expression 'war on terrorism' has been identified as one that suggests that if you engage in acts of violence you're a soldier participating in that war."

Mr McClelland said the research into various hot-button terms would be a precursor to a discussion with the Muslim community and the media about how to describe terrorism. The aim would not be to proscribe the use of certain forms of language, Mr McClelland said; rather to make the media aware of the research.

Mr McClelland said Australia lagged behind other parts of the world in its counter-radicalisation activities. With the terror threat increasingly likely to be home-grown - rather than imported by al-Qa'ida or its various surrogates - this was potentially dangerous.

"I think a lot of good work has been done in Australia in terms of developing law enforcement capability, intelligence capability and, indeed, the legal framework," Mr McClelland said.

"But I think the area of countering violent extremism has been neglected."

Mr McClelland said the pugnacious language employed by the Howard government and the Bush administration was counterproductive.

He contrasted the combative approach of Mr Bush and John Howard to Barack Obama's speech in Cairo last month in which he called for dialogue between the Muslim world and the West. "(That) had far more impact in terms of the election of moderates, or a greater number of people prepared to vote for moderates, in both Iran and southern Lebanon," he said.

Rudd and his left wing loon pals can call Islamic Terrorists,their acts of terrorism and the threat's to destroy Western Judeo / Christian civilization any touchy feely name they like, however, calling Muslim Terrorists and their acts of Terrorism what they are NOT will, like the Burka, only hide their identities, but I guess that is what this latest act of treachery is all about.
