"The chief weapon in the quiver of all Islamist expansionist movements, is the absolute necessity to keep victims largely unaware of the actual theology plotting their demise. To complete this deception, a large body of ‘moderates’ continue to spew such ridiculous claims as “Islam means Peace” thereby keeping non-Muslims from actually reading the Qur’an, the Sira, the Hadith, or actually looking into the past 1400 years of history. Islamists also deny or dismiss the concept of ‘abrogation’, which is the universal intra-Islamic method of replacing slightly more tolerable aspects of the religion in favor of more violent demands for Muslims to slay and subdue infidels"

Hey Dad! Get your hands out of my pants !!!!!
I did not lie to save my husband, says Robyn Gardiner, wife of Hey Dad! actor Robert Hughes

March 26 2014
THE celebrity agent wife of Hey Dad! actor Robert Hughes was accused of “lying” in a heated exchange with the prosecution as she defended
her husband against a series of child sex offences.
Robyn Gardiner, whose clients include Oscar winner Cate Blanchett, spent five hours denying the allegations made against her partner of almost
40 years in the the District Court yesterday.
Hughes, 65, has pleaded not guilty to 11 child sex offences involving five complainants in the 1980s and 1990.
Ms Gardiner said the man who played the popular character of Martin Kelly did not expose himself while wearing a sarong, never swam in a
pool naked and did not touch a friend’s daughter inappropriately during parties at the girl’s house.
“Absolutely not,” she said repeatedly. When a neighbour ignored her on the street in 1986, she said she asked the woman what she had done
to offend her.
The court heard that the woman didn’t answer her question and she later found out it was because her daughter had drawn a penis and said
she had seen one “at Robert’s house”, the jury heard.
Under cross-examination Crown prosecutor Gina O’Rourke disputed Ms Gardiner’s version of events.
Ms O’Rourke said during the street confrontation when Ms Gardiner had asked what was wrong, the woman replied “why don’t you ask your
husband” to which Ms Gardiner allegedly said “we need to get him some help”.
But she repeatedly denied saying this.
“I’m under oath here, she did not say those words,” Ms Gardiner said.
She said her husband was shocked to find out the family had gone to police.
“I’ll never forget it, he kept saying what, what, what?,” Ms Gardiner said.
The alleged victim’s mother had told the court that Hughes was molesting her child during sleepovers at his house and the family decided to
move suburbs instead of pursuing the case with police.
Ms Gardiner also told the court that she ended a friendship with the mother of another alleged victim after the woman hit on her during a boat house holiday.
When Ms Gardiner could not remember where on her body the woman had touched her, Ms O’Rourke said: “You don’t know because you are lying.”
“I’m not lying,” Ms Gardiner said.
The alleged victim’s mother said their friendship ended because her daughter had confessed that Hughes was molesting her in her bedroom while he was at their home for parties.
Ms Gardiner has continued her successful Surry Hills-based business since the allegations against her husband were first made public in 2010.
Blanchett gave a heartfelt mention to Ms Gardiner after winning the Best Actor Oscar this month. “To my agent in Australia, Robyn Gardiner, I love you so very much,” Blanchett said.
Ms Gardiner’s business RGM Artists represents big names like comedian Chris Lilley, Tropfest founder and film director John Polson, actors Rose Byrne and Ryan Kwantena, and TV personalities Amanda Keller and Andrew Denton.

Sydney's Occupied Territories Erupt as Harmony Day Ambassadors shoot two
Two men injured in double-shooting in Merrylands
LeighVanden Broeke
The Daily Telegraph
March 27 2014
A 27-year-old man has been arrested and charged over the incident
A FATHER of two is fighting for his life after being shot outside his western Sydney home following a bungled armed robbery which also saw a teenager shot four times the stomach.
About 10.50pm last night 19-year-old Rhynal Nand and two friends had diven to Lansdowne St for a mobile phone transaction initiated on the internet only to be ambushed by a group.
One of the offenders got into the car with the teen and allegedly shot him four times in the stomach while three other offenders remained outside.
As the teen sped away in his car to a nearby service station the offenders drove up the street and were confronted by Graeme Hunt.
The 62-year-old interstate truck driver, who has lived in Merrylands for 30 years, was then shot in the chest with neighbors rushing outside to assist him.
A neighbour, who did not want to be named, said he saw the wound in Mr Hunt’s chest and attempted to keep him calm while his wife called Triple-0.
“I heard arguing down the street and then I heard about four to five gun shots,” the neighbour said.
“I looked over and I saw my neighbour laying on the floor. I run over and ask if he’s hurt, he thought he had been tasered and he was in a state of confusion.
“I agreed with him that they were taser shots but I knew they were gun shots. I looked at his chest at his upper right torso and I’ve seen blood and his shirt was ripped.
“I looked up the shirt and I saw a bullet hole.”
Neigbours today described Mr Hunt as “a gentleman who kept to himself”.
Another neighbour said Mr Hunt, an interstate truck driver who has lived in Merrylands for 30 years, was more concerned about not scaring her as he lay on the roadway after being shot. She said he was worried about making sure she was all right instead of being concerned about his own wounds.
“The gunshots were very loud,” the woman, who did not want to be named, said. “We were pinned down inside and stayed down until we heard the car speed off, it was very scary.
“I came out and I called Triple-0 and gave the phone to my husband and I said to Graeme ‘Are you ok?’ and he said ‘I’m okay, don’t worry’.
“He was speaking but he was in a state of confusion.
“He didn’t exactly know what was happening. He didn’t want us to worry about him.”
Police said the two injured men were rushed to Westmead Hospital.
Mr Hunt suffered a gunshot wound to the side of his chest and underwent surgery overnight. he is listed as being in a critical but unstable condition.
The 19-year-old suffered four gunshot wounds to his abdomen and arm and is in a stable condition.
Detective Superintendent Scott Whyte said the offenders made away with goods valued at only a small value.
“They’ve planned an armed robbery,” he said. “I’d act with extreme caution if I was asked to conduct a transaction in a residential street in the middle of the night.”
Det-Supt Whyte labelled the double-shooting a disgrace.
“I can tell you now we will be throwing every resource we possibly can to get these three outstanding - for want of a better term - grubs,’’ he said.
Police arrested a 27-year-old man and raided his home on Lansdowne St this morning. He is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
The arrested man’s father said he was asleep during the shooting and that police had taken his son’s clothes as part of their investigation.
“They took his clothes. I was sleeping (during the shooting),” he said.
Detectives from Rosehill Local Area Command and officers attached to Operation Talon have been tasked with investigating the shootings.
Operation Talon was formed in August last year to combat public place shootings in Sydney.

Rupert Murdoch’s global media empire,Lachlan and James return.
Murdoch moves signal vision for the future
Terry McCrann
Herald Sun

THE return of the Murdoch siblings to the very top of Rupert Murdoch’s global media empire is a truly stunning move.
It signals in the most clear-cut and public fashion the nomination of a direct successor to Murdoch, for the first time in his 60-plus years as absolute master of his News Corp - and now also 21st Century Fox - domains.
That successor is his eldest son Lachlan; but critically, in partnership with his brother James.
Lachlan takes the senior role, but as a non-executive.
LACHLAN TO JOIN HIS DAD AT TOP OF NEWS
McCRANN: MURDOCH MOVES SIGNAL VISION FOR THE FUTURE
He becomes co-chairman with his father of both companies in the empire - the main one, Fox, centred in New York, which covers the US TV and entertainment operations; and the separate News Corp, which holds all the print media businesses in Australia, the United Kingdom and the US.
Murdoch senior remains the clear CEO of Fox.
He is executive co-chairman, Lachlan is non-executive co-chairman.
And the same applies at News Corp. This is the first time since he assumed the role and title of chairman more than 20 years ago that Murdoch has shared it.
The signal is unambiguous.
The second part of the appointments was that of Murdoch’s younger son, James, to the role of co-chief operating officer (one down from CEO) with the top non-Murdoch in the empire, Chase Carey, of the main Fox company.
Unlike Lachlan’s roles, this is a hands-on executive position.
Also unlike Lachlan’s appointments, that of James is only to Fox.
Robert Thomson remains sole CEO of the print company, News Corp.
The clear signal is of a succession built on a partnership between Lachlan and James, with Lachlan as non-executive chairman and James as the future CEO.
Although clearly driven by Murdoch senior, the signal is also of this being agreed to by the boards of both companies. And by Carey, who has become critically important in Fox’s success.
Lachlan’s move also has major implications for media in Australia. It immediately opens up the question of the future of Network Ten; and of other companies more widely.
He steps down as non-executive - actually close to being a de facto executive - chairman of Ten and as a director. But for the moment, remains one of its major shareholders.
There has been speculation that when the media ownership rules are relaxed - if they are - News Corp might move to buy Ten.
A key reason would be to give the partly News Corp-owned Foxtel direct access to key sports programming.
But the exact opposite remains possible: the Murdochs quitting Ten.
The media business has just suddenly got very, very interesting.
INK IN HIS VEINS, JUST LIKE HIS FATHER Damon Kitney
LACHLAN Murdoch, like his father, has ink in his veins.
After years of investing in television, radio and even Indian cricket teams, Murdoch is back at the helm of something he loves — a newspaper company.
Not since his time at the New York Post, where he was publisher from 2002 to 2005 and increased its circulation by more than 40 per cent, has he has been at the pointy end of the board table of a company with significant print media assets.
Now, as non-executive co-chairman of News Corp, he wants to drive the company’s transition to a digital future. Many credit him for News Corp’s 60 per cent investment in digital real estate portal REA more than a decade ago, which has delivered big profits.
As non-executive co-chairman of 21st Century Fox, he will oversee key assets he ran in the mid-2000s, such as the Fox network of television stations in the US.
That was before his famous decision to flee New York in 2005, when he resigned from executive roles in the company to return to Australia to set up his private investment vehicle, Illyria. He has continued to serve on the News Corp and 21st Century Fox boards.
Back in Sydney, he bought a 9 per cent stake in regional free-to-air TV station Prime Media in 2009, selling it for a profit in 2012. The same year he spent $110 million buying half of DMG Radio Australia, operator of the Nova radio network, taking full ownership three years later. Nova has become Australia’s number one national FM network.
In 2006, Rupert Murdoch said he wanted one of his children to succeed him. “I think that’s a natural desire,” he said. “They’ve got to prove themselves too.”
Today his wish is one step closer.
