John Howards Anti Muslim Terror Hotline Praised in "Pigs Might Fly moment" by it's former opponents

The present Australian Attorney General, (yes its true, she is the Madame Gillard Green Loon Independent appointed Australian Governments affirmative action Attorney General) Nicola Roxon in a stunning about face is praising the Anti (Muslim) Terrorism Hotline established by the Liberal * Government of John Howard ten years ago.

Nicola Roxon's Labor Party / Green Loon Coalition / Independents and their financiers, the Australian Council of Trade Unions and GetUp, along with their Multicultural Industry Peace Partners ran a concerted Parliamentery and media campaign via their ABC, SBS and Fairfax  media public relations / media divisions, ridiculing the Hotline and demanding it be dismantled and indeed sabotaged by Australians at every opportunity to ensure that it had no chance of been an effective weapon against Islamic Insurgents on Australian soil.

Easy to see that Madame Nicola's minority "Co Party" Government is facing an election in 2013, time to praise Anti Terrorism not ridicule or mock or sabotage Anti Terrorism, at least not until after the election in 2013 no matter the result.

Less than half the Australians that vote in the upcoming Federal Election would have any idea of what I am talking about, they would not remember that this woman oops sorry person, and her Party had nothing but contempt and ridicule for John Howard when he introduced his Liberal Governments Anti (Muslim) Terrorism Hotline.

To those who remember do not forget this and so many other deceptions of the Progressives and their Islamic Harmony Day Multicultural Peace Partners and B /VOTE PEOPLE.

Labor's phony hysteria all over the place like a mad Womans S**t a Real Piece of Work.

PM's phoney hysteria over personal dust-up

Piers Akerman
The Daily Telegraph

IN what seems a very long 10 years ago, prime minister John Howard, deputy prime minister John Anderson and opposition leader Simon Crean flew to Bali to do what they possibly could to comfort the surviving victims of the first Bali bombing.

This week marks the 10th anniversary of that atrocity; the three senior politicians flew up four or five days later, as soon as the already-overworked Balinese officials could handle the extra load of a top-level visit.

Howard, Anderson and Crean travelled in a small aircraft from the government's VIP fleet. They sat together, to and from Bali.

For the first anniversary, a year later, Howard and Crean and their wives, Janette and Carole, again flew to Bali.

Howard invited the Creans to travel with him and his wife. It was the decent thing to do, the civil thing to do.

Not an eyebrow was raised; Howard - despite being the butt of a sneer campaign by almost all media commentators and the nation's leading comedians - observed standards of behaviour that were above reproach.

Prime Minister Julia Gillard and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott will be in Bali for the anniversary memorial service. They will travel separately.

The Howards will also be present, flying with the Abbotts.

Civility in federal politics seems to have died with the end of the Howard government.

As opposition leader, Howard had a good relationship with prime minister Hawke. The bovver boy from Bankstown, Paul Keating, set things back, but it is well-known that Howard, as PM, and the then opposition leader Kim Beazley were able to work together, as were Howard and Crean, despite the latter's narrow union background.

Mark Latham, who notoriously claimed he wanted to teach his children to hate, introduced an unprecedented nastiness to federal politics. Kevin Rudd, who one of his own colleagues was later to label a "psychopath", did nothing to remedy the situation and Gillard has now taken the bar below the most supple limbo dancer's reach.

Thursday morning, Howard spoke to broadcaster Alan Jones about the trip he took to Bali as prime minister in the immediate aftermath of the bombing.

Yes we did have Adults in charge of the Australian Government at one time in our history and it was not all that long ago.

It was an apolitical discussion and Jones' program received a number of messages subsequently from listeners who remarked upon the former prime minister's measured and restrained tone - the "voice of sanity", one said.

The contrast between Howard's sober pitch, mature character and reflective comments and the shrill tenor and venomous remarks delivered by the current PM this week could not be greater.

Labor women claim that Gillard spoke for them when she accused Abbott of misogyny.

They overlook Gillard's own confession to ABC radio's Philip Clark on September 15, 2011, in which she said: "I'm always happy to accept responsibility for my role and my actions."

Then, when asked about "the level of vituperation directed against you personally and the office of the prime minister" and whether "it's due to some deep-seated misogyny", she said, "I don't "spend much of my time thinking about that".

But clearly she has been obsessed with remarks made about her lack of leadership ability as she had her speech attacking Abbott for his alleged misogyny ready to run when she needed to divert attention from Labor's ongoing support for the grossly offensive former Speaker Peter Slipper despite evidence of his obscene text messages.

Last year she said: "I've got very broad shoulders and what I spend my time thinking about and doing is implementing the policies and plans our nation needs."

The vitriolic personal attack she made on Tuesday would indicate that her shoulders have shrunk and her thinking has narrowed considerably in the past 12 months.

"I didn't come to this position hankering for people to say nice things about me every day," she said last year. "I came to this position absolutely determined to do what we need to as a nation to make sure that we've got opportunity for all, right around the country, whether that's the chance to get a job, the chance to get a better job, the chance for a kid from a disadvantaged home to get a great education.

"And to make sure we don't leave people behind, which is why I'm so passionate about things like a national disability insurance scheme (NDIS). And I also don't think it's in us as a nation to really cower in the face of the challenges of the future, which is why it's so important we stump up to big changes, but important changes, like pricing carbon.

"So it's those things that drive me every day, not debates about what is said in politics, or personal matters. It's not what drives me."

That's good to know, except she announced the NDIS policy with no real funding in place, she told a bare-faced lie about the introduction of the carbon tax and, as we witnessed this week it is clear personal matters are driving her.

In perhaps the most farcical example of the phoney hysteria Gillard has tried to evoke in her followers to support her bizarre accusations of sexism against the opposition, she demanded Abbott withdraw a remark he made on Wednesday: "What a piece of work," he said.

Indeed. It is actually one of my favourite quotes from Shakespeare, whose works so enrich the English language. It can be found in Hamlet and reads:

"What a piece of work is a man, how noble in reason, how infinite in faculties, in form and moving how express and admirable, in action how like an angel, in apprehension how like a god! the beauty of the world, the paragon of animals - and yet, to me, what is this quintessence of dust?"

In finding the expression "piece of work" unparliamentary and disrespectful, Gillard must have been offended by the reference to "quintessence of dust".

In this case, the truth must surely have hurt.

People-smuggling baron Ali Cobra seized in action

Stephen Fitzpatrick, Jakarta correspondent
The Australian
May 07, 2009

ONE of the biggest fish in Indonesia's people-smuggling racket has been netted, after police raided a house in the eastern port city of Makassar.

The 30-year-old - known to asylum seekers the world over as Ali Cobra and described by Indonesian authorities as the "Noordin M.Top" of the trafficking racket, in reference to the regional terror tsar who has eluded capture for years - was seized on Monday night.

Ali Cobra, also operating under the name Labasa Ali, was in the process of organising a trip to Australia for 10 Afghan asylum seekers, some of whom had previously tried to make the perilous trip but had been detained by Indonesian police.

All 10 Afghan men, as well as the alleged people-smuggler, were captured in the swoop. News of the arrest comes as Australia finds itself confronting a new wave of boat arrivals.

On Tuesday, Border Protection Command intercepted a boat carrying 50 asylum seekers - the 11th such vessel to be detected this year. And late on Tuesday night, four asylum seekers found on a beach on Deliverance Island in the Torres Strait arrived at Christmas Island. The men - two Afghans, a Sri Lanklan and an Indian - were transported on a commercial flight from Perth.

Ali Cobra has established a dominant hold over the trade in recent years; according to one senior Indonesian immigration official who spoke on condition of not being identified, "in almost every case in recent times he is mentioned".

This includes an ill-fated attempt in January by a group of 18 Afghans, Pakistanis and Burmese to sail in a small fishing boat from Rote Island, west of Timor, to Ashmore Reef. Nine of those on board, including a nine-year-old boy, died when the boat sank.

One of the 10 Afghans arrested this week used a hidden mobile phone to tell The Australian from his immigration detention cell - having been returned there after Monday night's raid - that it was "absolutely" the Rudd Government's relaxed policy on boatpeople that was driving the surge in arrivals by sea.

The Australian Labor Party's "new best friends"

to arrive since November 2008

"Absolutely. We, like everybody who tries to go, we know the detention regulations have been lifted since the fall of John Howard," said Kabul man Gulistan Ali, 32.

"We know the new Government has condemned the actions of the previous one, and has made the policies much easier for asylum seekers. We know this."

Mr Ali said he and two fellow Afghans escaped from the Indonesian detention centre about a week ago by scaling a 20m wall, leaping to the ground, hiding in dense jungle for two days and then walking 60km to Makassar, where they were contacted by phone and given an address to meet their handler.
Police swooped when the group assembled at the house.

Gulistan Ali and his two fugitive companions had previously tried to make the dangerous sea crossing on February 2, when they were arrested in the southeast Sulawesi port of Bau-Bau, preparing to board a small wooden boat.

All three had been in the detention centre, near Makassar city, since then. Gulistan Ali said the "difficult psychological situation" of being incarcerated in the "brutal conditions" there had triggered his second illegal attempt to reach Australia.

Gulistan Ali said he had paid "around $US9000" ($12,000) in total to people-smugglers since arriving in Indonesia early this year; another of the trio, Ahmad Ghahera, 25, said he paid about $US8000. Both men handed over most of that money on arrival in Jakarta, after flying from Kabul via Kuala Lumpur.

They had obtained visas from the Indonesian embassy in Kabul; there have been claims made of officials there providing the entry documents for up to $US1500. Indonesia's foreign ministry denies that allegation.

Gulistan Ali, who has a wife and two toddlers in Afghanistan, said he knew there was "less than a 50 per cent chance of succeeding, of not drowning" in the attempt to reach Ashmore Reef in Australia's northwestern waters, both in the one planned for this week and that of three months ago.

However, his life, he said, "is already ruined. Either I die - and I'm not concerned if that happens - or I secure a future for my children."

However, Gulistan Ali warned that even a figure as significant as Ali Cobra should not be seen as the end of the trail in the people-smuggling business operating out of Indonesia.

"It's a very organised mafia. But the organiser of it absolutely does not come before the people. They stay behind the curtain.

"I understand that people are very often cheated. They hand over their money and then the smugglers just report them to the authorities, to the police."

The majority of the $US9000 he had paid went, he claimed, to a smuggler "who has not been arrested". Also arrested this week in Jakarta was alleged people-smuggler Sajjad Hussein, thought to have been responsible for organising a boatload of asylum seekers intercepted in Australian waters on April 29.

Why would the Australian Labor Party, led by PM Kevin Rudd, want to flood Australia with Middle Eastern Muslim "refugees" ? they are a group of people who, have proven since the day of the first arrivals en mass from Lebanon during the 1970's under the patronage of the Whitlam Labor Government, that they are totally incompatible with Australian and Western democratic Judeo Christian values.
These people have shown themselves to be the worst immigrants ever to enter our great nation over the last 200 years.
No other group of immigrants have done more to destroy the social fabric of Australian society than Middle Eastern Muslim immigrants, not only in Australia but in every western democracy they are permitted to enter. No other group in Australian society is so reviled and despised, if they were not so backward, barbaric and primitive they would be funny.

Why Mr Rudd why are you so fixated on flooding Australia with such people?

Areas of south western Sydney, that were once suburbs habitat ed by hard working Australians from various ethnic backgrounds are now known as "Sydney's occupied Territories " over run by Middle Eastern crime gangs and thousands of unemployed parasites dressed in night shirts and Burkah's swanning around coffee shops, trading in illicit contraband and collecting social security to supplement their cash only income derived from drugs importation, robbery, car re birthing and common assault.
Oh I almost forgot when they are not doing that they are lecturing at the local Mosque on pious Islam and how to best overthrow Australian society, shoot and stab our sons ("skips") and gang rape and bash our daughters and wives ("Aussie Pigs and Sluts")

Johm Howard Man of Steel receives US Medal of Honour

Bush honours 'man of steel' John Howard

The Daily Telegraph

January 14, 2009

JOHN Howard has been presented with America's highest civilian award by George W. Bush.
The former prime minister grinned as the US President placed the Presidential Medal of Freedom around his neck this morning.

He was honoured at the White House along with former British prime minister Tony Blair and Colombian President Alvaro Uribe.

Mr Bush said all three were good friends to the US.

"They are the sort of guys who look you in the eye, and tell you the truth and keep their word."

He told them: "You'll always be welcomed in our country. And we hope to have you come down and visit us in Texas.

"As you probably have heard, we're changing addresses here in a little less than seven days."

US Bloggers vent anger at former Australian PM Howard

Bloggers air Howard anger

News.com.au
January 08, 2009 12:10pm

US bloggers are up in arms over former Australian Prime Minister John Howard "bumping" president-elect Barack Obama from an official government guest house in Washington.

Mr Howard will stay at Blair House the night before he receives the US Medal of Freedom from retiring President George W Bush next week.

Mr Obama has been forced onto the Blair House waiting list until January 15 when he and his family will move in, five days before his inauguration as president.

The Obamas requested an early move-in at the 70,000-square-foot, 119-room mansion across the street from the White House, so their children could settle in to start school this week, The Washington Post reported.

But the incoming first family was told the residence had been booked out, so they took a suite at the nearby Hay-Adams Hotel.

President Bush has been the main target for criticism from bloggers to political sites.

"George couldn't make this idiot stay at the Hay-Adams?'' was one of 146 comments to The Caucus blog at the New York Times.

"Isn't Blair House big enough for everybody? Bush was just afraid nobody would pay any attention to him with Obama in the house,'' another said.

Mr Bush was accused of favouring a mate over a political rival.

"What makes it worse is that this administration is once again going out of it's way to do little favours for their friends at everyone else's detriment,'' a blogger to the Watergate Summer site said.

But not everyone was against the decision.

Jack Moss, host of The MacRanger Show on Blog Talk Radio, is defending the decision, saying President-elect Obama should wait in line like "ordinary folk''.

"Obama has done diddly squat for the country, as opposed to John Howard who supported the US and our efforts on the war on terror while Mr Obama talked down our efforts and called our troopers rapers and pillagers,'' he said."This is most fitting.''

The British broadsheet The Times reported that Britain's former prime minister Tony Blair, who is also to receive the Presidential Medal, declined an invitation to stay at Blair House because he didn't wish to be "the man who bumped Obama''.

He was expected to bed down at the British Embassy instead, The Times said.

Pres.GWBush to award former PM Howard US Presidential Freedom Medal

Bush gives Howard US Presidential Freedom Medal

The Daily Telegraph
January 06, 2009 08:30am

FORMER prime minister John Howard will receive the US Presidential Medal of Freedom at a White House ceremony next week.

The award is said to be the highest civilian honour bestowed by a United States president.

Mr Howard is being honoured for his role in fighting terrorism and for standing by the US as an ally during his 11 years as prime minister.

The award also recognises the extremely close relationship that developed between Mr Howard and President Bush who dubbed the former Australian PM as a man of steel.

"Yes, I am honoured by it, more because of the compliment it pays to our country Australia," Mr Howard told ABC Radio.

"It's an indication of the very close relationship between our two countries and I'm very pleased that during the time as prime minister I was able to contribute too."

It was testament to the "very obvious" personal warmth between himself and President George W Bush.

Former British prime minister Tony Blair and Columbia's president Alvaro Uribe will also receive medals in the ceremony.

Mr Bush has awarded 78 of the medals during his two terms as US president.

Bush is conferring the prestigious award on his friends in an East Room ceremony on January 13 - exactly one week before he leaves office, White House press secretary Dana Perino said on Monday.

"The president is honouring these leaders for their work to improve the lives of their citizens and for their efforts to promote democracy, human rights and peace abroad," she said. "All three leaders have been staunch allies of the United States, particularly in combating terrorism."

The Medal of Freedom was established by President Harry Truman in 1945 to recognise civilians for their efforts during World War II.

The award was reinstated by President John F Kennedy in 1963 to honour distinguished service. It is given to those deemed to have made remarkable contributions to the security or national interests of the United States, world peace, culture, or other private or public endeavours.

Prior to these three leaders, Bush has awarded 78 medals during his tenure in office.

Among the most controversial came in December 2004, when Bush gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to former CIA Director George Tenet, former Iraq administrator L Paul Bremer and retired General Tommy Franks, three people central to his early policy in
Iraq.
Bush was especially criticised for including on the list Tenet, who came under fire for intelligence failures leading up to the September 11, 2001, attacks and the Iraq war
