"The chief weapon in the quiver of all Islamist expansionist movements, is the absolute necessity to keep victims largely unaware of the actual theology plotting their demise. To complete this deception, a large body of ‘moderates’ continue to spew such ridiculous claims as “Islam means Peace” thereby keeping non-Muslims from actually reading the Qur’an, the Sira, the Hadith, or actually looking into the past 1400 years of history. Islamists also deny or dismiss the concept of ‘abrogation’, which is the universal intra-Islamic method of replacing slightly more tolerable aspects of the religion in favor of more violent demands for Muslims to slay and subdue infidels"

Sydney : Female Genital Mutilation Case, Shabbir Mohammedbhai Vaziri

Genital mutilation: Blame led to ‘blessings’, says Islamic religious leader

Carleen Frost
The Daily Telegraph
September 22 2015

A RELIGIOUS leader told detectives that the members of his sect charged with the genital mutilation of two young sisters had come to him seeking “blessings” once police began investigating the case.

In a series of recorded interviews played to the Supreme Court yesterday, Shabbir Mohammedbhai Vaziri — the Sydney head of the Shia Islamic Dawoodi Bohra sect — told detectives from the NSW Police Sex Crimes Squad he had “petitioned blessings”, or prayed for them.

“Those people just told me that much, that such blame has come on us, has befallen on us, please petition for blessings for us,” he said through an interpreter.

Vaziri said he wasn’t aware any of his teachings conflicted with NSW laws.

When he was questioned about female genital mutilation, the cleric asked detectives: “What is it?”

Vaziri has pleaded not guilty to being an accessory after the fact, while the girls’ mother — known in court as A2 for legal reasons — and retired midwife KM — who is alleged to have performed the procedures — have both pleaded not guilty to charges of female genital mutilation.

A2 and KM have also pleaded not guilty to two charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company.

LINK TO AFRICA

It is alleged the procedures were performed at homes in Wollongong and Baulkham Hills at some time between 2009 and 2012.

Yesterday the Supreme Court trial was also played a recorded police interview with the girls’ mother, who said she knew of friends and family members who had undergone female genital mutilation in Africa — including a young girl who was roughly her daughters’ age in Nairobi.

She told the detectives she did not believe that either of her daughters had been subjected to female genital mutilation but believes they were instead examined.

She answered “yes” when asked if there was a possibility the practice may have been performed on her daughters while in Africa early in 2012.

She said that she spoke about female genital mutilation with the girls upon returning to Australia.

“Because they were talking a lot about it when we came back also, so I just say that just to make sure that, well, I had left them a couple of times with Mum, ah, when I was in Africa so (I was) just concerned that hadn’t been done.”

The Supreme Court trial continues before Justice Peter Johnson.

Pious Muslim Mohamed Abdulrahman convicted of assault Police officer whilst on two year suspended sentence for assault Police and resisting arrest

Mohamed Abdulrahman guilty of hitting police officer

Sarah Crawford
The Daily Telegraph
September 11,2015

HE is the serial police assaulter whose own mother helped him in his attempt to resist arrest.

But Mohamed Atteya Abdulrahman has thrown one punch too many at the law after being found guilty this week of giving an officer a black eye during an all-in family scuffle with police as they tried to arrest him for assault.

Magistrate Shane McAnulty said it was a “very hostile situation’’ when police went to talk to Abdulrahman at his family home at Granville on October 17 last year over claims he had bashed his then fiancee.

The situation quickly deteriorated when officers attempted to arrest Abdulrahman. During the melee, the 21-year-old punched Constable Joel Swales in the eye as the officer tried to handcuff him.

At the time, Abdulrahman was on a two-year suspended sentence for assaulting police and resisting arrest on September 9, 2013. He was also facing two charges of assaulting police on December 20, 2013. He was later convicted and placed on a further 18- month suspended sentence.

Now three more offences can be added to that list after he was found guilty in Parramatta Local Court this week of punching Constable Swales, resisting arrest and common assault against his former fiancee Eda Inceol.

When police arrived at Abdulrahman’s home in October last year to make inquiries about the assault on Ms Inceol, he gave a false name and walked inside the house. The officers followed but when they tried to arrest him his family intervened.

Mr McAnulty said as Constable Swales tried to handcuff Abdulrahman “he is stopped by the accused and the accused's brother (Ahmad) who is attempting to shelter him and his mother who is attempting to get in the way’’. Mr McAnulty said Abdulrahman punched Constable Swales in the right eye.

Abdulrahman is on bail pending his sentence on November 16.

Syrian terror strikes home as Australian mother arrested and charged with supporting terrorism

POLICE had to call in reinforcements after a group of hard line Muslims gathered at a Sydney police station clamouring for the release of a woman later charged with supporting terrorism.

The mother-of-four was arrested as she allegedly tried to board a flight in Sydney carrying cash and equipment — believed to include camouflage gear — for her husband fighting in Syria.

Why does our government bother with these embedded Insurgents ? simply let them go anywhere they want cancel their passports the minute their flight reaches their intended destination, in this case one less embedded Muslim breeder and a bonus of four future savages no longer resident in Australia a win win they are no longer in Australia and hopefully they will be killed engaging in their cause in whatever Islamic shit hole it is they are fighting in.

These Savages are NOT Australians they never were and never will be they embedded  Muslim Insurgents  living on Australian soil granted Australian Passports by the  previous Union GetUp funded Labor Green Loon Rudd/ Gillard / Rudd Minority "Co Party Government" in exchange for their VOTE.

Joint Counter Terrorism detectives stopped the 29-year-old and her four young children as they attempted to board the flight about 8.30pm on Saturday.

EDITORIAL: THE IMPORT OF ISLAMIC BATTLES MUST END

A police spokesman said the Brisbane woman was taken to Mascot police station and later charged.

Three search warrants were also executed — two in Sydney and one in Brisbane.

Hardline supporters arrived at the police station after news of the woman’s arrest was posted on social media, with police forced to call for back-up to deal with them.

She was granted strict conditional bail by police and will appear at Downing Centre Local Court on June 2.

“The Brisbane woman was taken to the Mascot police station, where she was charged under the Crimes (Foreign Incursions and Recruitment) Act 1978,” the spokesman said.

“She was charged with supporting incursions into a foreign state with the intention of engaging in hostile activities.”

Sources have confirmed the mother was allegedly carrying an amount of cash and other supplies — believed to include camouflage gear — on behalf of her husband, who is in Syria.

The Al-Risalah Facebook page — a meeting place for young Muslims — yesterday claimed the woman’s passport had been confiscated.

“As per the sister who was stopped at the airport last night she and her kids are now safe with family but passport has been taken,” the post said.

Previous posts on Facebook about the arrest were removed after the woman’s family contacted the page’s convener.

While inner-west Sydney remains the hotbed of Islamic fundamentalism in the country, a tangled web of networks runs along the east coast from Brisbane down to Melbourne. In September, reports emerged of a 27-year-old Brisbane man becoming Australia’s first suicide bomber in Syria after a video showed the bombing of a military checkpoint, killing 35 people.

Al-Qaeda group Jabhat Al Nusra took responsibility for the attack.

More than 100 Australians, many from NSW and mostly young men, have travelled to Syria via alleged terrorist support networks linked to Jabhat Al Nusra and State of Iraq and the Levant movements.

The total number of Australians killed in Syria is believed to be eight, including Melbourne men Roger Abbas and Yusuf Toprakkaya.

Former Sydney soldier Caner Temel, who went AWOL from his Brisbane barracks and was later discharged, was killed by gunfire from other anti-Assad rebels in January.

The 22-year-old left behind a wife and baby.

Couple Yusuf Ali and Amira Karroum — also aged 22 — were killed in the same month.

Ali, a US-Australian citizen, grew up in suburban Brisbane and converted to Islam, later becoming a street preacher. Just last week, FBI director James Comey said the flow of foreign fighters into Syria had grown in the past few months.

Up to 5500 foreign fighters have travelled to Syria to fight and Mr Comey compared the flow with Afghanistan in the 1980s and 1990s.

AUSSIES ALLEGEDLY RECRUITED TO FIGHT Geoff Chambers

AS President Bashar al-Assad wrestles back control of Syria, Islamic fighters struggle to hold on to their gains. While the exact figure is unknown, it is estimated more than 100 Australian Muslims have travelled to Syria to fight alongside al-Qaeda affiliated rebels.

The number of passports cancelled by ASIO has soared to record levels, preventing people from travelling to Syria on security grounds. In March, it was reported 33 passports were cancelled in eight months.

Last month, the Lowy Institute report Next-Gen Jihad in the Middle East reiterated concerns of the Abbott government and NSW Police about young men returning to Australia with combat training.
“In the coming years Australia will face a more complex and serious terrorist threat than it did after 9/11,” Lowy Institute research director Anthony Bubalo said.

Alleged terrorist organiser Hamdi Alqudsi, based in Sydney’s west, is accused of organising six young men, including slain former soldier Caner Temel and US-Australian convert Yusuf Ali, to travel to Syria. The 39-year-old was charged late last year, accused of being “actively involved” in the recruitment of six men, facilitating their flights to Syria to fight alongside al-Qaeda affiliated terror organisation Jabhat Al Nusra.

Assistant Commissioner Peter Dein recently said it had become “obvious” to anti-terror police that Islamic radicals were actively recruiting on southwest Sydney streets.

Cairo,Egypt: Obama's Arab Spring rolls on as Five Muslim Savages Gang Rape 22 yr old Dutch journalist

Five men Gang rape journalist, 22, in Tahrir Square

A Dutch journalist has been raped by a group of five men in Cairo's central Tahrir Square as millions of protesters take to the streets to demand the removal of Egypt's President Mohammed Mursi, according to reports.

Army sets ultimatum

The woman is believed to have undergone surgery for horrific injuries sustained in the attack, as a volunteer vigilante group formed to protect women in Tahrir Square reported a new wave of sexual violence by groups of men targeting women.

Operation Anti-Sexual Harassment said it had recorded 44 cases of sexual assaults and harassment against women on Sunday night alone, the highest number it had encountered since the group was formed in November 2012.

"Among the reported cases tonight are grandmothers; mothers with their children; 7yr olds. Common denominator: all female," @OpAntiSH tweeted.

The group urged women to "please stay away from tahrir until we can [take] control over it".

Dina Zakaria, an Egyptian journalist reporting for the "Egypt 25" news channel, reported that a Dutch journalist in Tahrir Square "was raped by men who dub themselves revolutionists".

"Her condition is severe and she is hospitalised," Zakaria wrote on her Facebook page.

The Dutch Embassy in Cairo issued a statement saying a 22-year-old Dutch woman was attacked in Tahrir Square on Friday night.

"The Netherlands Embassy has assisted the victim, and after receiving emergency treatment in a Cairo hospital she was repatriated to the Netherlands in the company of family," the statement said.

"The victim has cooperated with an investigation started by the Egyptian authorities. In the interest of the privacy of the victim no further information will be given."

A state hospital in Cairo issued a statement saying the journalist was admitted after being raped by five men, according to Ynetnews, the website of the Israeli newspaper Yediot Aharonot.

Talaat Abdallah, Egypt's Prosecutor-General, reportedly sent his staff to the hospital to find out what happened in the attack, YNewsNet reported.

Some reports suggest the woman was an intern with an Egyptian organisation and had gone to Tahrir Square to take photos of the demonstrations.

Jeremy Bowen, the BBC's Middle East editor, tweeted on Monday that another woman had taken shelter in their building from a gang of men trying to sexually assault her.

"Sadly #tahrir revolutionary atmosphere of people behaving well with common purpose long gone. Sexual assault common. no cops In sight," he tweeted.

It follows the sexual assault of other female journalists covering Egypt's protests in recent years, including French television journalist Sonia Dridi and Lara Logan, a correspondent for US network CBS.

Logan was sexually assaulted and beaten in Tahrir Square in 2011, and later said she believed she was going to die.

After being rescued, Logan returned to the US and was treated in a hospital for four days.

"Sexual violence is a way of denying women journalists access to the story in Egypt," Logan told the New York Daily News following her assault.

"It's not accidental. It's by design."

British journalist Natasha Smith of the Fair Observer also reported being sexually assaulted by a mob near Tahrir Square.

Although sexual harassment is not new to Egypt, suspicions abound that many of the recent attacks are organised by opponents of various protests in a bid to drive people away.

Amnesty International said in a report last year that such attacks appeared to be designed to intimidate women and prevent them from fully participating in public life.

The news of the attack came as the Egyptian army issued a 48-hour deadline for the deadly clashes to be resolved.

So far eight people have been killed and hundreds injured in the protests, which coincide with the first anniversary of President Mursi's inauguration.

Why we must stop turning the other cheek

Ed Husic

HOW many times have you heard something offensive or just plain wrong said about another person or group and then turned the other way - because it's simply not worth the grief of the subsequent argument?

I know I have. I don't think I'm the only one. But after the events in Sydney, I don't think we can keep turning away.

The weekend's protests were completely over the top and cannot be justified.

What triggered them was a deep hurt and outrage at a video that caused great offence to followers of the Islamic faith.

But violence is never the first response to this kind of offence. It's not the second response. Frankly, it's never the response.

There are always the misinformed, the foolish and the spiteful who will make comments to upset followers of all religions.

While many religions - including Islam - counsel against responding to provocation, we saw a completely unjustifiable response in Sydney and internationally.

As someone on Twitter rightly said yesterday: "No, we can't be responsible for what others say or do but we can be responsible for how we react."

A Twitter hashtag's been started up by DiversityAus board member Mariam Veiszadeh: #MAVSP or Muslims Against Violent Sydney Protests.

Showing the actions of one person can powerfully unify many, Mariam's sparked a vigorous response via social media bringing likeminded people together to stand up against violence and build understanding.

Ed Husic, the first Muslim to be elected to Parliament leaves after taking the oath during the swearing in ceremony at the opening of the 43rd Parliament, Canberra, on Sept. 28, 2010 Canberra, Australia. The opening comes five weeks after the federal election resulted in a hung parliament and left the country waiting while Independent MPs deliberated to ultimately form a minority government.
on Sept. 28, 2010 C
That's been followed by leading organisations representing Muslims from all walks of life condemning the violence.

The reaction from the overwhelming majority of Muslims in Australia will rightly be that a small but violent group among the 200 protesters weren't representative of the majority. And they're spot on. They were just as unrepresentative of the Islamic faith as the Cronulla rioters of 2005 were unrepresentative of the rest of the country.

But the problem is this: they are representative of someone. And this is where turning away will no longer work.

We need more and more moderate Muslims speaking up against violence - as has occurred - but more conversations also within communities to build an atmosphere of total "zero tolerance" for the type of reaction we saw on Saturday.

I bet you thought good ole Ed was not going to include the Obligatory BUT Monkey didn't you ?
Ed is a good Muslim and he would never leave out the usual Islamic caveat on what Australians must sacrifice in order for non Judeo / Christian's aka."his community"/co religionists, to behave like civilized human beings every now and then, aka. not BEHEAD us or gang rape our wives and daughters.

We also cannot turn a blind eye to those who deliberately whip up religious hatreds while claiming freedom of expression. While we cherish that freedom, does that give free licence to post videos claiming awful things just because they're free to do so?If you thought the signs at Saturday's protests expressed awful sentiments (which I did) then logic suggests that that video should be categorised the same way (which I do). analysis and criticism is one thing -Expression designed to be deliberately provocative and injure the deeply held views and values of others is something I'll never support or respect.

Ed Husic, elected in 2010, is the first Muslim to enter federal parliament.

Man refused bail over Sydney protest

September 16, 2012 2:05PM

A FATHER of three charged with affray after a Sydney protest against an anti-Islam film turned violent has been refused bail.

Ahmed Elomar, a 29-year-old champion boxer, was one of six men charged over demonstrations in central Sydney on Saturday but the only one denied bail.
The other defendants will face court next month.

Elomar displayed little emotion as he appeared in Parramatta Bail Court via video link on Sunday wearing a T-shirt displaying the phrase "6th pillar".

He had been charged with affray and previously breaching bail for driving offences.

Defence lawyer Greg Scragg argued that his client had not taken part in alleged acts of throwing bottles at police during the Sydney protest, adding that a shoulder injury sustained from a skiing accident in August had been exacerbated by his arrest.

"He was caught up in circumstances that got out of hand," Mr Scragg said.

"His arrest was not justified. His arrest was done in circumstances of over-policing.

"He was taken to the ground. While he was on the ground he was kneed in the back, he was sprayed with pepper spray."

Magistrate Andrew George said Elomar had breached bail for driving offences and could not be trusted to obey his bail conditions.

"His disqualified driving offence raises concern that he's a person who holds contempt for orders made before the court," Mr George said.

Elomar's matter was adjourned until September 18 for a plea or mention at Central Local Court.

Police were called to Parramatta Bail Court after one of Elomar's supporters threatened cameramen from the Seven and Nine networks with violence.

The police were summoned by court authorities. Ten supporters left the courthouse without incident.

My boy Trigger brainwashed by a Muslim cleric

THE angry father of an Australian boxing champion arrested in Lebanon said yesterday his son had been brainwashed by a radical Muslim cleric who had been based in Liverpool.

Father-of-five Mamdouh Elomar attacked Sheik Feiz Mohammed yesterday, saying his hardline approach to Islam was wrong. He told The Sun-Herald that he urged his children to stay away from the cleric and the Global Islamic Youth Centre at Liverpool.

"Sheiks like Sheik Feiz ruin people," he said from his south-west Sydney home.

"He is not a sheik. He is brainwashing all these children. I know my religion so I can tell him when he is wrong, but these kids believe everything he says and think it's their religion. Someone needs to stop him.

"Today our kids are either at one extreme, partying or using drugs, or at another extreme with their religion. I don't teach my children to hate non-Muslims. I have taught them to love everyone."

Mr Elomar's son Ahmed, 24, nicknamed "Trigger" in the boxing community, was arrested in Lebanon last month with two other Australians, Ibrahim Sabouh and Mohammad Basal, and accused of having links to a terror cell in Lebanon. The men have not been charged.

He had been holidaying in Tripoli, Lebanon, for two weeks with his wife, Najat, 25, and two sons aged five and three before his arrest 11 days ago. The young father was considering moving to Lebanon after falling in love with the country last year.

The Sun-Herald understands that the featherweight champion, who is also the nephew of Sydney terror suspect Mohammad Ali Elomar, left his wife's family home at 10am with several friends and was arrested several hours later. His father said it was still unclear if he was arrested in a raid or on the street for not having identification.

"I know in my heart that my son has done nothing wrong," Mr Elomar said. "But if he has, I support the Lebanese Government and army. Ahmed is a good boy and cheeky, but he has a soft heart."

He said he had never heard of Ibrahim Sabouh, but thought his son might have known Mohammad Basal.

Ahmed, also known as "the Lebanese cowboy" because of his passion for Arabian horses, was devastated after his uncle was arrested in November 2005.

"It's disappointing because my uncle's not like that," he said in 2005. "It's upset the whole family."

Meanwhile, Sheik Feiz, who is working as a carpenter in Malaysia having earlier moved to Lebanon to escape constant ASIO surveillance, said through an associate last week that he was aware that he was wanted for questioning in Lebanon.

He said he was outraged by the allegations that he and his friends were linked to a terror cell.

"We should be entitled to say what we want so as long as we don't hurt anyone," he said through his associate.

"I know they [Lebanese authorities] want to talk to me, but I am not afraid because I haven't done anything. I will leave it in God's hands."

Sheik Feiz also said he had spoken to a Lebanese citizen captured with the Australians who witnessed one of the men being beaten.

He said he wanted the Australian Government to try harder to help its citizens.
