Branding the Afghan war a Western invasion, Uthman Badar, from the radical Islamic organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir, said: "If our members exist in a country where an occupation has occurred, in capacity as individuals they would have an obligation to resist."

Asked directly if he condoned the killing of Australian troops in Afghanistan, Mr Badar replied: "If you are occupying someone else's land then those victimised people have the right to resist."

He also refused to condemn underhand tactics such as suicide bombing as long as "innocent, non-combatants" were not targeted.

He was speaking as hundreds of Muslims gathered in Lidcombe, in Sydney's west, to promote their call for the creation of an Islamic state ruled by Sharia law, stretching from Spain to Australia.

The group has been banned in many countries overseas, including parts of the Middle East.

Although Hizb ut-Tahrir does not represent most of Muslims in Australia, it has a growing following here.

While Australian forces joined the war in Afghanistan to capture Osama Bin Laden and fight the Taliban in the wake of the September 11, 2001 attacks, Mr Badar said the Australian Government had no business being there.

"You have no business in interfering with the people of the Muslim world," he said. "Military occupation should be resisted militarily. People there have a right to resist."

But Islamic Friendship Association of Australia chairman Keysar Trad said the views of Hizb ut-Tahrir were not shared by most mainstream Australian Muslims.

"We would like to see the conflict in Afghanistan resolved peacefully and Australian troops return home safely," he said.

Outside the conference, police were forced to call for reinforcements, including the dog squad, when a group of about a dozen members of the Australian Protectionist Party chanting "no sharia law in Australia" almost came to blows with young men from the Hizb ut-Tahrir event.

Protest organiser and APP NSW chairman Darrin Hodges said: "Hizb ut-Tahrir have been banned in most Islamic countries in the Middle East. We don't understand why they haven't been banned here."

THE Australian branch of Islamic political group Hizb ut-Tahrir held its third annual conference yesterday, and celebrated with a litany of bizarre and divisive commentary.

At a time when many Islamic citizens in the Middle East are rising up against oppressive rule and demanding long-overdue freedoms, Hizb ut-Tahrir speakers in Sydney chose to criticise the role

of Western governments in those events.

Australia should "mind its own business", according to Hizb ut-Tahrir spokesman Uthman Badar.

There's something deeply perverse about an exclusionary and anti-democratic group demanding that Australia "mind its own business" from the safety and security of Australia. Elsewhere in the

world, including many Middle Eastern nations, Hizb ut-Tahrir is actually banned. The speakers who yesterday were able to freely discuss their ambitions for an Islamic state would be arrested if

they expressed those same thoughts under the Hizb ut-Tahrir banner in, for example, Turkey or Bangladesh.

Indeed, if Hizb ut-Tahrir had their way and were in a position to rule, public opposition such as we saw yesterday would be a thing of the past. The group rejects the Western concept of

democracy. Under the group's constitution, voting would only be open to Muslims. Non-Muslims would also be banned from holding public office.

In other words, we grant Hizb ut-Tahrir far greater liberties than they would ever grant non-believers - including the liberty to state that insurgents in such places as Afghanistan are obliged to

attack Australian troops.

Hizb ut-Tahrir exploits the freedoms available in Australia to advance an explicitly anti-freedom agenda.

THE preposterous excuses and Pythonesque theatrics of Carnita Matthews and her thuggish supporters outside the Downing Centre Courts this week would be comic, if they weren't so threatening.
The 46-year-old mother of seven, wearing a full black niqab showing just her eyes, has successfully tied the justice system up in knots for the past year, simply to avoid paying a $197 traffic fine.
Described as being "deliberately malicious and ... ruthless" by the magistrate who convicted her last November of falsely claiming a "racist" police officer tried to tear off her veil during a random breath test, Matthews escaped her six-month jail sentence on appeal before the District Court.
Ironically, appeal Judge Clive Jeffreys could not be certain beyond reasonable doubt it was Matthews who had lodged the complaint against Senior Constable Paul Fogarty, because (drum roll) she was wearing the niqab when she arrived at Campbelltown police station last June.
"All we know is that a person with a black burqa came in with a man in a brown suit with an envelope and that's it," he said.

But somebody lied about Sen-Constable Fogarty, whose innocence and restraint in the face of Matthews' screeching provocation were evident on the 20-minute in-car police video, without which his career would have been in jeopardy.
The prosecution was unable to satisfy Judge Jeffreys that the liar was Matthews, despite the fact her friend, former Guantanamo Bay detainee Mamdouh Habib, alleged to radio 2GB's Chris Smith on Tuesday that he had accompanied her to the police station to lodge the complaint. As well, Channel 7 has footage of Matthews allegedly signing a statutory declaration and driving to the police station.
Maybe the case was too hot to handle. It grew from a simple traffic fine for a woman with a string of driving offences, to a core test of political Islam: Whether a veiled Muslim woman has the right to refuse a police officer's lawful request that she identify herself.
The answer is no.
That right does not exist under our law.
But that doesn't stop Islamist activists pushing for it, as if it is their due.
Regardless of who signed the false complaint against Sen-Constable Fogarty, it was the intimidating behaviour of Matthews' male supporters outside court this week which was most offensive.
The bearded men who chanted "Allah Akbar" (God is Great) as they marched roughshod on cameramen weren't behaving normally.
Their theatrics were a declaration of war on Australia, on the media, on police.
Linking arms and striding down the street chanting the phrase we have heard again and again - often in the wake of other appalling crimes - was a show of power by people who put the authority of their God above the law of the land.
It is a direct challenge to Australian law and order.
We increasingly see the same challenge issued whenever a hardline Islamist appears in court, as the call goes out for "brothers" to run "protection" for the accused.
A man claiming to be Matthews' husband sent out the call on his Facebook page this week and later thanked: "ALL THE HERO'S (sic) AND LIONS OF ALLAH WHOM (sic) HAD THE CHANCE TO COME TO THE COURT AND FIGHT FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH ... ALLAH HAS GRANTED YOUR OPPRESSED SISTER VICTORY OVER HIS ENEMIES AND HE GRANTED US A JUDGE THAT FROM THE WORD GO HE WAS DEFENDING YOUR SISTER WHERE EVERYONE ELSE WAS DETERMINED TO SEE HER JAILED, BUT ALLAH HAD OTHER PLANS".
His Facebook page, with the profile picture of a bloodied fist replaced yesterday by a handcuffed figure in a burqa, has messages from supporters such as: "Allah akbar, may all the pigs burn in hell inshallah".
It features videos of Osama bin Laden, slurs against infidels and "Kufaars" (non-Muslims), "American pig savages" and "Zionist dogs". Last weekend Ibrahim wrote: "YA ZIONIST DOGS THERE WILL BE A DAY VERY SOON THAT YOULL FIND NO SHELTR NOR A WALL TO HIND (sic) BEHIND AND WE WILL EAT YOUR FLESH AND SPIT IT TO OUR DOGS TO CHEW OFF."
And this: "HOW LONG ARE WE GOING TO STAY WEAK, NO MORe MR NICE GUY, WE WILL DEFEND OUR iSLAM AND OUR SISTERS WITH OUR BLOOD, BLOOD, BLOOD."
A video also appears with the title "8 US soldiers killed in Iraq" accompanied by the message from Ibrahim: "Keep them Comming (sic)".
Another video, since removed, said: "WATCH THE AMERICAN PIGS THE AUSSIE PIGS THE BRITISH PIGS SOLDIERS RAPING YOUR MUSLIM SISTER".
There is also, ominously, talk on the page about disrupting a coming rally in Sydney by the Australian Defence League, an anti-Islamist group.
Police had to shut down a similar protest against sharia law in Melbourne last month after violent clashes.
On Ibrahim's website there is one lone brave voice of reason, from a woman he refers to as "Philosopha Phatoom".
"The way u men handled this is very wrong. may Allah take away this hated and anger from ur hearts," she wrote yesterday. "I'm not judging ... i can only assure u that setting an example of islam is not that way ... Remember Islam was never spread by the sword, it caught peoples Hearts."
The vast majority of moderate Muslims in Australia want no truck with Islamist ideology. It is for them, as much as for the rest of the community, that Premier Barry O'Farrell and Police Minister Mike Gallacher need to send a firm message that no one is above the law.
The burqa or niqab, as several Muslims have pointed out this week, is not a requirement of the Koran, which advises women only to dress modestly. But it has become a potent symbol of political Islam.
Gallacher has flagged a law change to allow Muslim women to use fingerprints to verify their identity as an alternative to lifting their veils, but he needs to avoid creating special laws for any particular group.
Australia is one of the most successful immigrant nations on Earth. It would therefore be a pity to follow the European path of banning Islamic face coverings, because the result would simply be more repression of women.
In order to safeguard freedoms - not least of Muslim women to wear the veil - then every challenge to this nation's authority must be countered whenever it arises.
Giving an inch to the intimidation of political Islam is a mistake.

Refugee Groups Plan Show of Support for Villawood Detainees on Easter Monday

Following this week’s unrest at the Villawood detention centre, refugee rights advocates will stage a mass show of

support for Villawood detainees on Easter Monday, 25 April. Refugee supporters will meet at Chester Hill station at 12

noon, before marching to the Gurney Rd side of the detention centre for a rally in support of the detainees. Called by the

Refugee Action Coalition (RAC), the action is part of a nationwide series of protests outside detention centres planned

over the Easter weekend, including at the remote Curtin facility in Western Australia.

The rally will hear from refugees who were formerly detained: Najeeba Wazefadost (Afghanistan); Iraj Moghodam (Iran);

and Mohammed Ali Muttari (Iraq). Melina Adlparvar, an Iranian refugee separated from her husband who is inside

Villawood, will also speak. They will be joined by: Annie Neilson, Greens candidate for Fairfield in the NSW election; NSW

Teachers' Federation General-Secretary Jenny Diamond; and Mark Goudkamp, a long-term Refugee Action Coalition

spokesperson.

“The recent unrest in Villawood makes it extremely urgent to show community support for refugees”, said Nick Riemer

from RAC. “It’s an extraordinary irony that both Labor and Coalition politicians talk of refugees having committed

crimes. The damage to property on Wednesday night is nothing compared to the brutalisation of innocent lives caused by

mandatory detention itself. Asylum seekers haven’t committed any crime and shouldn’t be imprisoned. It’s not illegal to

arrive by boat and ask Australia for protection. When you lock people up and treat them like animals, it’s entirely

predictable that they will be driven to desperate acts. There have been five suicides in detention since September, three

in Villawood, and countless cases of self-harm. Hunger strikes happen all the time. If the government had acted on the

advice of leading psychiatrists, this week’s events could have been prevented. As one of the banners of the rooftop

protesters emphasises, they are human and deserve to be treated that way. If we’re talking about crimes being

committed, it’s the government who are the wrongdoers by sticking to their failed and discredited policy of mandatory

detention.”

“The rally will show solidarity with the refugees locked up in Villawood”, said Mark Goudkamp, also from RAC. “All

asylum seekers want is to escape the war and persecution that have driven them from their home countries. But instead

of treating them with decency, and allowing them to contribute to Australian society, the government locks them up.

Australia is the only Western country that does this. Monday’s protest can show that the Daily Telegraph’s politically

driven online polls by do not represent all Australians. 22 asylum seekers were forcibly removed from their beds on

Thursday night and transferred to Silverwater jail. On Christmas Island, police used tear gas and beanbag rounds on

asylum seekers. This is no way to treat refugees. Mr Bowen says he shares the anger of Australians about damage to

government property. Instead, Australians should direct their rage at the pointless violence and brutality inflicted on

asylum seekers. While Mr Bowen should be congratulated for supporting the idea of multiculturalism in Australia and

ending the Howard government’s disparagement of it, if he really means it, the policy of mandatory detention policy

must be immediately abandoned.”

“The government keeps refugees out of the public eye and detains them in inaccessible places”, said Riemer. “The

Gurney Rd entrance to Villawood is the only place from which we can make visual contact with them. Refugee Action

Coalition members are regular visitors to the detention centre. Our friends inside are looking forward to seeing a vocal

and colourful demonstration of support.”

“There’s significant support for refugees among Villawood locals, who remember what their suburb was like before the

barbed wire went up in the early 1990s,” Goudkamp added. “We expect that many residents will join us in showing

solidarity with the refugees.”

FOR a young man in trouble who wanted a favour from the court, soccer star Kerem Bulut should perhaps have given more thought to his wardrobe.

Young Socceroo Bulut, who has been charged in relation to violent crimes and is allegedly a member of a Sydney criminal gang, wore a hoodie emblazoned with the motif of a gun when he attended Burwood Local Court yesterday.

Bulut was applying to have his passport returned so he could play for FK Mlada Boleslav in the Czech Republic competition.

The 19-year-old striker was forced to surrender his passport in November last year after being charged with five offences including membership of the Muslim Brotherhood Movement, a criminal organisation.

Bulut was among five people arrested in raids by police last year.

It's alleged four other youths armed with knives attacked two men in a carpark at Auburn on August 15, 2010.

Police said the same alleged victims were attacked again at Bondi Beach shortly before the arrest. They alleged this attack was carried out by Bulut and three other teenagers.

Magistrate Christopher Longley returned Bulut's passport following an application by Bulut's solicitor Nick Boyden that his client be allowed to fulfill his contractual obligations with FK Mlada Boleslav.

The prosecution said it did not oppose the application because the charges were likely to be reduced.

Mr Boyden said his client would likely only face one charge.

In a letter to the court, FK Mlada Boleslav sports director Ladislav Minar asked that Bulut be allowed to return to his team, with which he has not played since August.

"Kerem is a young professional with undoubted talent representing one of the outstanding sporting talents in his chosen field in his age group in Australia," Mr Minar said.

"He has the opportunity to further his career and with this will come economic rewards we believe will further distance him from those negative influences around him."

Bulut's absence had "considerably disadvantaged" the team, currently placed fifth.

In a second letter, a spokesman for Football Federation Australia said Bulut would benefit from a return to discipline, training and teamwork.

Bulut also needed his passport to be eligible to play for the Young Socceroos at the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Colombia in July, it said.

"Allowing Kerem to resume his career will present him the much-needed opportunity to separate himself from his current situation," wrote John Boultbee, head of national teams and football development.

"We are aware of the need for him to be in a stable, supportive situation, away from less positive influences."

Mr Longley ordered Bulut to return to Burwood Local Court next week to provide the dates during which he would be out of Australia.

Ali Mobayad accused of assaulting ambo as she treated car crash victim

A PARAMEDIC was threatened and assaulted as she tried to treat a crash patient, a court heard yesterday.

Police allege Ali Mobayad, 30, was involved in a verbal altercation with paramedic Karen Matthews outside Berala Public School as she was treating a patient who was injured in a car accident.

Documents tendered to Burwood Local Court yesterday revealed that the Auburn man double parked in a school zone - the only charge he pleaded guilty to - before allegedly getting out of his car and pounding on the Rapid Response vehicle's driver-side window and "threatening" the 37-year-old paramedic.

It is alleged Mobayad then began yelling and swearing at the ambulance officer before assaulting her just after 3pm on March 7.

Court documents stated the alleged offences "caused a real fear of actual physical violence" and prevented Ms Matthews from "executing her duties as a paramedic".

The court heard the accused left the scene, but was arrested [on Yarram Road, Lidcombe] shortly after 4.30pm.

He was charged with negligent driving, menacing driving, common assault and hindering an ambulance officer by act of violence - all of which he has denied and pleaded not guilty to yesterday.

Outside court, Mobayad became irate after he spotted The Daily Telegraph waiting with cameras.

"You see this face - if you use that image (see left )you will never see the end of this," he said. "I don't care what happens to me, I'll kill you if you use that photo ... you f ... ing idiot."

The man will return to court on May 5.

THE PROBLEM IS ISLAM. (PART 1)

It’s time again for me to lay down in writing a simple, obvious truth that everyone else is just too terrified to state. This is another one of

those essays that will serve to permanently disqualify me from any vocation except self-employment for the duration of my life. So hold on

to your pantyhose and put out the cat, because you know this is going to be a good read.

The issue is the muslim world. Libya. Was it right for Obama to FINALLY make a decision and move our military assets into the Libyan

theater? Should we be intervening in Yemen? Should we lend tangible support to the Iranian opposition? What should have been done

differently in Egypt? Was Mubarak better than a “democratically” installed Sharia theocracy? What are we supposed to be doing in all of this?

Who are we supposed to be rooting for? There has to be a “right answer”, and there has to be a correct course of action in all of this.

The reason why no one can come to anything that remotely approaches a definitive “right answer” to this problem is because no one has the

balls to acknowledge what the problem is. The problem is not a lack of democracy. As we are clearly seeing now, and as history repeatedly

confirms, the most evil political systems ever seen on earth have ascended to power with the support of more than 50% of the populace.

Therefore, democracy, or any form of representative government can not, in and of itself, be the “right answer”. The only way we are ever

going to arrive at the right answer is if we first ask and honestly answer the following question: What exactly is the problem?

The problem is islam.

Let me say that again so that there is absolutely no confusion. The problem is islam. So long as islam exists on earth, there will be no

peace, and there will be no freedom for those trapped inside of it. So long as islam exists, it will continue to stir up violence, aggression,

war, terrorism, instability, injustice, human slavery, hopelessness, suffering, despair and unnatural, needless death. Why? BECAUSE THAT

IS WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED TO DO. All of those qualities are intrinsic, constitutive qualities of islam. It is a satanic system that was

specifically created to be the Enemy’s response to Christ.

Mohammed did not hear a voice which he transcribed and called “the koran”. He simply sat down and wrote out a political manifesto –

claiming in fully calculated deceit that it was divine - that would enable him to raise an army. There was nothing miraculous about the origin

of islam in that sense. One of the obvious confirmations of this is the quality of the prose itself. If “allah” actually wrote the koran and

mohammed merely transcribed it, then allah is an idiot with exceptionally poor language and composition skills. The koran reads as if it

were written by a mentally deranged, barely literate Bedouin pedophile pirate con-artist . . . because it was. BUT, the system itself and the

spirit of inspiration behind it is completely satanic. Islam and the koran are completely satanic in the same sense that Marxism and “The

Communist Manifesto” are satanic, and in the same sense that Nazism and “Mein Kampf” are satanic. Oh, yes. The Serpent is subtle. Satan

does his best work when he is merely “whispering” subconscious inspiration to fallen men. Given that islam has persisted for 1400 years and

now enslaves a quarter of the human population, it is clearly satan’s masterpiece.

Given this reality, there are exactly two tactical options for the civilized world to choose from.

1. Completely isolate the muslim world. Let them have their caliphate but in a state of total quarantine.
This would involve establishing massive physical perimeter barriers on land and maintaining blockades at sea for all muslim territories.

Presumably this would stretch from Morocco to Indonesia, and would be massively expensive both to construct and secure. In addition to

this, all muslims would have to be expelled from all civilized nations and forcibly returned to muslim territory. In order for this to work, all

civilized nations on earth would have to unite in solidarity against islam and cooperate fully and completely in building, maintaining and

securing the borders.

Additionally, the quarantine would have to be TOTAL, meaning absolutely no interaction – including economic interaction. Therefore, before

this strategy could be undertaken, the civilized world would need to completely free itself of any dependence on oil pumped from muslim

territory.

Further, this strategy, while appearing to be the most “non-violent” option is actually the most violent, and would be a de facto death

sentence, both physically and spiritually, for every person trapped inside the caliphate. Assuming that the perimeter could be constructed

and then sealed, the muslim culture would necessarily begin to murder and consume itself. Remember, islam is violence, aggression, war,

terrorism, instability, injustice, human slavery, hopelessness, suffering, despair and unnatural, needless death. If muslims aren’t in a

position to kill “infidels”, they will simply turn on each other. This is already a proven fact, and has been for 1400 years. Sunni and Shia

muslims have been at each other’s throats all along, and still are today. Only in very rare instances, such as the wars of aggression begun by

muslims called “the Crusades”, wherein muslim unity was needed to fight the “infidels”, has there been any real muslim unity. Because

islam has no central authority or magesterium, unlike Christianity which was specifically established by Christ Himself with a divinely

protected structure of authority and infallible teaching charism, islam allows for every single self-ordained “imam” to be his own “pope”

who can then alter, decide and concoct “doctrine”, and to also issue “fatwas” against any competing cleric, or entire groups of people.

Islam has been specifically designed to discourage unity, thus always fomenting and encouraging conflicts and wars within the caliphate

itself.

Next, islam is incapable of supporting a vibrant economy. Islam teaches that all human endeavors and productivity are contrary to the will of

allah. Any person who spends any time or effort doing anything except studying the koran and praying to allah is an infidel. Additionally,

islam teaches that the only way that a person can be GUARANTEED of “salvation” or “paradise” is to die in jihad. Therefore, muslims will

ALWAYS be in a state of war against someone, including other muslims, because if there were total peace, there would be no means to

achieve “salvation” according to muslim teaching.

Finally, the quarantine option would be a failure in charity on the part of Christendom. By quarantining these people, we would be giving up

on them, which is the opposite of charity, or love. Quarantined muslims would have absolutely no chance or hope of hearing the Gospel, and

would have no hope of ever escaping the cult of islam. While this option might serve to help keep our hands physically clean, we would have

the spiritual stain of our failure in charity to answer for upon our judgement

This brings us to option #2, which is actually the more viable and certainly the more loving and charitable option.
2. Fight a Final Crusade and exterminate islam from the face of the earth once and for all.

Yep. I said it, and I mean it. This option isn’t really an “option” at all, because this is where we are heading whether we like it or not. There

is going to be a massive, final war between islam and the civilized world at some point. The only real question is, how long are we going to

stall it off? A week? A month? A year? A decade? A century? Some would argue that the Final Crusade actually began on 9/11, and that we

have been fighting minor skirmishes ever since. Perhaps. If that is the case, the civilized world clearly does not understand that it is in a

fight for its very survival. There isn’t room enough in this world for both human civilization AND islam. One side is going to be destroyed by

the other. If islam wins, then humanity will be dead as well, because it will be just a matter of time before islam consumes itself, as

outlined above. If civilization wins, humanity will continue, knowledge and technology will increase, there will be joy and laughter and

goodness, and human beings will be free to seek and find God. In this way, islam is exactly like cancer. Either a person destroys the cancer

within them and survives, or the cancer wins and both the person AND the cancer die. Given that the civilized world still doesn’t understand

what is going on, I don’t think it is fair to say that the Final Crusade has begun. It will begin when we comprehend that it is us or them – kill

or be killed. Let’s do a quick exercise in linguistics which will prove that extermination of the islamic political system is the only real,

practical and charitable option that we have.

Consider the following statement:

The Nazi Party, its philosophy and goal set was evil and had to be stopped. There is no room for the Nazi philosophy in a civilized world, and

thus the only acceptable outcome of World War II was the total extermination of the Nazi Party. While the main objective of fighting World

War II was to repel and then exterminate the Nazi scourge from overrun nations, the secondary objective was also to liberate the German

people themselves from the bonds of the totalitarian Nazi regime.

Now, let’s look at the same statement, but replace “Nazi” with “muslim”:
Islam, its philosophy and goal set is evil and has to be stopped. There is no room for the muslim philosophy in a civilized world, and thus the

only acceptable outcome of the Final Crusade is the total extermination of islam. While the main objective of fighting the Final Crusade is

to repel and then exterminate the muslim scourge from overrun nations, the secondary objective is also to liberate the currently-muslim

people themselves from the bonds of the totalitarian muslim caliphate.

   

 

The two statements are pluperfect analogues because Nazism and islam are pluperfect analogues. Both are TOTALITARIAN POLITICAL

SYSTEMS. The only tactical difference is that mohammed used the beard of religion and claimed divine inspiration right out of the gate.

This has allowed islam to use civilization’s own freedom of religious conscience principle against it. Hitler was indeed trying to slowly create

a new pagan religion, with the German/Aryan nation cast as “the father”, Hitler himself cast as “the son” and the “messiah”, and the Nazi

Party as “the holy spirit”, but was never far enough along in that process to be able to wield the accusation of “intolerance”. To illustrate

this point, let’s reverse our linguistic example:

Islam is a religion and thus is equal to all other religions. Islam is protected under the First Amendment, and all civilized people must fight

to defend a person’s right to practice islam completely unencumbered. Islam seeks only peace through the voluntary application of Sharia

law. Just because some muslims have used violence as a way of advancing their cause does not mean that all muslims are violent. Violence

is a perversion of true Islamic philosophy. Most muslims are peace-loving, and we should support and embrace them into our culture.

culture.

Have I made my point?
(Aside: How long do you think it will take some leftist to pull that last paragraph, put my name over it as the author, and then claim that

they have proof that I am a Nazi? That’s how these sad, pathetic people roll. It WILL happen. It’s just a matter of how long it takes them to

do it. C’est la vie.)

We don’t flinch at the reality of Nazism, nor at the necessity to exterminate it from the face of the earth, because we accurately call it what

it is: a totalitarian political system. But because we have been brainwashed and conditioned by the left to self-loathe our own

Judeo-Christian culture, reject critical thinking, and embrace islam as a constitutionally-protected religion, we refuse to acknowledge the

plain, simple fact there will be no peace unless and until islam is exterminated from the face of the earth. We keep telling ourselves that

“democracy” is the answer and that if we just facilitate voting in muslim countries, everything will be fine, and the entire world will be

enveloped in peace, rainbows, gumdrops and unicorn farts. Because all “religions” are good and equal, and anyone who says different is a

bigot and an intolerant hater.

There is going to be a war. A big one. Probably the biggest ever. But it has to be fought, because the stakes are no less than the fate of the

entire human race. The problem is islam. There is no such thing as a "healthy muslim society" because islam is a cancer upon human

civilization. The solution is nothing less than the complete extermination of the muslim political system in order to save the people inside of

it. If you have a cancerous tumor, you cut it out - you don't try to fix the person while simultaneously protecting the tumor. We have done

this before. We did this just seventy short years ago. We CAN do it again. All we need is the courage to face the truth, and the fortitude to

do what we know we must.

A RADICAL Muslim preacher - who has likened Jews to pigs, denounced Christians and urged children to die for their

religion - is teaching Islam to young followers in Sydney after years in exile in the Middle East.

Despite Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd previously telling Sheik Feiz Mohammed never to return to Australia, the firebrand

is delivering sermons at the Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah centre in Auburn.

NSW police told The Sunday Telegraph they were monitoring Sheik Feiz, who has a reputation worldwide as an

inflammatory preacher.

"We maintain an ongoing relationship with him and other members of the local community as part of our community

engagement program," a police spokesman said.

"NSW Police Force will only take an interest in teachings by members of the community if they promote breaking the

law."

The Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah centre, of which he is the full-time Amir, is on Auburn Rd behind the Bakhiri Book Store,

which sells religious texts and other artefacts.

The Sydney-born cleric and former champion boxer created a furore in 2007 when his Death Series DVDs were uncovered

by the The Daily Telegraph.

In them he likened Jews to "pigs" and urged Muslim children to become martyrs.

"Teach them this: There is nothing more beloved to me than wanting to die as a mujahid [holy warrior].

Put in their soft, tender hearts the zeal of jihad and a love of martyrdom," the Sheik said in one taped sermon.

In another lecture, he said "every single non-Jew is a slave created to serve the Jew", adding that "their time will come

like every other evil person's time will come".
The comments provoked outrage with then opposition foreign spokesman Mr Rudd, who said: "I would say this to Sheik

Mohammed: Do not return to Australia, you are not welcome here."

At the time Sheik Feiz, who preaches with a strong Australian accent, was living in Lebanon and running by proxy the

Global Islamic Youth Centre in Liverpool, which was raided by the AFP as part of its investigation into him.

Mr Rudd yesterday said of his return: "If he was found to have contravened laws, he would be subject to appropriate law

enforcement."

The Sunday Telegraph has learned that Sheik Feiz has been accused of being linked to a political sabotage campaign on

the streets of Auburn.

Candidate Jamal Daoud, who is standing in the state election, complained to authorities that campaign posters had been

stripped from shop windows by the Sheik's followers. "They told everybody that democracy is not permitted," Mr Daoud

said.

A spokesman for the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah Association of Australia said his sermons would be religious teachings

that would promote peace "as all religions do".

Sheik Mohammed did not return calls, however Samil Dandan, the president of the Lebanese Muslim Association, said

Sheik Feiz was a changed man and should not be judged on his past.

WHEN you think about it, Sheik Hilaly has done us a favour. For one thing, his recently translated sermon, declaring

women as Satan's agents who incite rape with immodest dress, has at last provoked Australia's moderate Muslims to find

a strong voice, as they lined up last week to condemn the mufti.

"His comments imply we've got no sense of right and wrong," said Mustapha Kara-Ali, the youth representative on the

Prime Minister's Muslim community reference group.

As well, by revealing so unequivocally his primitive views of women, Hilaly destroyed the claims by cultural relativists

that Sydney's series of gang rapes by Muslim men had nothing to do with culture or religion.

"If you take uncovered meat and put it on the street ... without a cover and the cats eat it, is it the fault of the cat or

the uncovered meat?" he said in the sermon to 500 people last month at Lakemba mosque. "The uncovered meat is the

problem. If the meat was covered, the cats wouldn't roam around it. If the meat is inside the fridge, they won't get it ...

if the woman is in her boudoir, in her house and if she's wearing the veil and if she shows modesty, disasters don't

happen."

Then in a clear reference to the gang rape trial of Bilal Skaf, he said: "A woman possesses the weapon of seduction. It is

she who takes off her clothes, shortens them, flirts, puts on make-up and powder and takes to the streets, God protect

us ... then it's a look, then a smile, then a conversation ... then a date, then a meeting, then a crime, then Long Bay

jail. Then you get a judge, who has no mercy, and he gives you 65 years."

The only incitement committed by 18-year-old Ms C, who was raped 25 times by up to 14 men including Skaf in 2000, was

being Australian. Sitting on a train, dressed for a job interview in her best suit, and reading The Great Gatsby, she was a

slut, an "Aussie pig" as they called her later, while boasting: "I'm going to f--- you Leb style."

"I looked in his eyes. I had never seen such indifference," she said.

Hilaly was simply echoing what the father of four Pakistani-born gang-rapists from Ashfield once said of the young

victims: "What do they expect to happen to them? Girls from Pakistan don't go out at night."

Hilaly's younger, Australian-born counterparts have been saying the same thing for years.

"A victim of rape every minute somewhere in the world," Sheik Feiz Mohammad told 1000 people at Bankstown Town Hall

last year. "Why? No one to blame but herself. She displayed her beauty to the entire world ... strapless, backless,

sleeveless, nothing but satanic skirts, slit skirts, translucent blouses."

Egyptian-born Hilaly may have been escalating his rhetoric to shore up support as extremist groups such as the Islamic

Youth Movement encroach on his territory.

It is worth remembering that terrorism experts have regarded Hilaly as a moderating influence, and Singapore-based

Rohan Gunaratna described him as "a mild man, compared to others".

Reports yesterday that Hilaly's planned deportation in 1986 was stopped by none other than the former member for

Bankstown, Paul Keating, and that a public servant lost his job for trying to stand up to the political interference, are

certainly frustrating.

But Hilaly, who claimed in a 2004 sermon in Lebanon, "I have four wives and plenty of children", is an Australian citizen

now. Deportation is not an option.

Moreover, in the rush to banish the mufti, people should realise that whoever replaces him might be worse, as a new

generation of radical firebrands emerges who have long fought Hilaly for control of the influential mosque.

Sometimes pragmatism favours the devil you know.

'Jihad' sheik to face new probe

THE firebrand cleric who went overseas just days before some of his cohorts were rounded up in the nation's biggest

counter-terrorism raid is the subject of a new police investigation, after a call for children to join jihad as holy warriors

appeared in a DVD being sold in Australia.

Sydney-born Sheik Feiz Mohamed's radical sermons - available on the internet and on DVDs and videos - have become

popular with Muslims around the world.

In one video, running on the hugely popular website YouTube, he admonishes his followers in English for not "sacrificing a

drop of blood" as martyrs.

Australian Federal Police said yesterday they had begun inquiries into Sheik Feiz's DVD encouraging jihad, which is

believed to be unclassified in Australia and illegal to sell.

NSW Premier Morris Iemma accused the cleric yesterday of inciting terrorism.

"This DVD goes a lot further than vilification," he said. "The sort of incitement that the DVD encourages is incitement to

acts of violence and acts of terror."

Sheik Feiz, a member of Sunni Islam's fundamentalist Wahhabi sect, left Australia for Lebanon in late 2004, just days

before federal and state police and ASIO conducted raids in Sydney and Melbourne, arresting 23 people on terror-related

charges.

The cleric calls two of the accused terrorists close friends and knew all of the Sydney men arrested. He has links to

almost every notable member of Australia's Islamic community and continues to direct his Global Islamic Youth Centre -

the nerve centre of Islamic youth in Sydney, setting the tone for 4000 youths, their families and fraternities.

Along with Sheik Mohammed Omran in Melbourne and Sydney's Sheik Abdul Salem Mohammed Zoud, he is considered one

of Australia's leading radical clerics. Unlike Sheik Omran and Sheik Zoud, Sheik Feiz preaches in English with a strong

Australian accent rather than Arabic.

In the video running on YouTube, which could not be dated, he criticises Muslims in Australia for not sacrificing their

blood as martyrs and for putting lifestyle ahead of action in response to massacres of Muslims in Afghanistan, Iraq and

Palestine.

"In our times it is the fear of death, the fear of sacrificing your finger, your toe, a drop of blood that is more honourable

than anything else," he says.

"Why? Because martyrdom to us is, is not as appealing to us, as it was to those ancestors, the great warriors ... who

lived around the best creature that walked the earth, Mohammed."

The YouTube video follows revelations in a British documentary that Sheik Feiz's collection of DVDs - called the Death

Series - were being sold by children in the car park of a mosque in the British city of Birmingham.

In that and another series called Signs of the Hour, made about four years ago, Sheik Feiz labelled Jews "pigs" and

exhorted children to jihad.

"We want to have children and offer them as soldiers defending Islam," he says. "Teach them this: there is nothing more

beloved to me than wanting to die as a mujahid. Put in their soft, tender hearts the zeal of jihad and a love of

In an exclusive interview with The Australian, Sheik Feiz said that every one of those remarks could be put in context.

"The jihad I speak of is not one of violence," he said. "It is one of personal struggle against things like mischievousness,

temptation and personal harm. I have never advocated violence against Australians or anyone embracing the Australian

way of life. I have never called for people to be harmed. If anyone fights you for what you are, you defend yourself.

"I don't believe in suicide bombing, I don't believe in violence against others. We don't invite that, we don't encourage

that. We denounce that. This is not Islamic law and it is not moral."

He said he regretted the remark about Jews being pigs and said this was made in the days following the images of a

young Palestinian, Mohammed al-Dura, being pinned down with his father in crossfire in Gaza in 2002. The boy was killed

and the images became an enduring propaganda tool for the Palestinians during the intifada years.

"That remark was made in the heat of the moment and I regret it," Sheik Feiz said. "It was not something I should have

said and is not something I believe."

B'nai B'rith Anti-defamation Commission chairman Michael Lipshutz said the Muslim community as a whole had to publicly

distance itself from anti-Semitic individuals and organisations.

However, Muslim youth representative Fadi Rahman said the reaction to the four-year-old video that authorities have

been aware of for nearly as long was an example of prejudice against the Muslim community.

"This is what tells us we will never fit in no matter what we do," he said. "It's telling the kids they're always going to be

marginalised."

Acting Attorney-General Kevin Andrews said the matter was being investigated by the relevant authorities.

"It's offensive to the Australian people, it's reprehensible, it's particularly outrageous that certain groups in Australia,

such as the Jewish community, have been highlighted in these comments and we condemn the comments," he said.

Experts believe the DVD material - recorded in 2004 - would escape federal sedition laws, which were passed in 2005 as

part of the federal Government's terrorism legislation, but may fall foul of other laws.

University of NSW law lecturer Andrew Lynch said NSW racial vilification legislation might apply to Sheik Feiz's

description of Jews as pigs, and the videos could be in breach of the federal criminal code, which prohibits incitement to

commit an offence.

While the Mufti of Australia, Taj Din al-Hilali, sparked national outrage by comparing scantily clad women to uncovered

meat, Sheik Feiz once told a meeting at Bankstown, in Sydney's southwest Muslim heartland, that indecently dressed

women were setting themselves up for rape.
