JAKARTA (AFP) - An elderly Christian priest and his wife were hacked to death with machetes in Indonesia, police said.

Frans Koagow, 64, and his wife, Femy Kumendong, 73, were found in the priest's home in Manado city, North Sulawesi province, Saturday with deep slash wounds to their heads and necks, provincial police spokesman Benny
Bella said.

"The priest was cut from behind in the neck while his wife was cut in the head while she lay down sick with a stroke," Bella said.

"The priest had been squatting down to tie his shoes when he was attacked... there was no time for him to fight back."

Bella said police were looking for suspects but were unsure how many people were involved in the attack.

"We found a machete but we don't know if it was one that was used in the murder," he said.

North Sulawesi province is a stronghold of mostly Protestant Christianity in Indonesia, where Muslims make up roughly 90 percent of the national population.

A MAN who filmed two teenagers on his phone after they allegedly robbed a house was attacked by the pair before they stole his mobile and posted the footage on the internet.

The man had warned the pair that he had just recorded them and was taking the footage to police before they sprinted across a road and attacked him.

They then posted the footage on YouTube titled "IN GREENACRE AUSSIE GUY GETS HIT FOR RECORING JOSH ND HAMAD ROLLING A HOUSE" (sic).

Running at 18 seconds and viewed 780 times, it shows two young men running out of a house bare-chested and with T-shirts over their head before slowing to a brisk walk down the street.

The man then calls out in a broad Australian accent: "Hey mate. This is going to the police mate. I've got you on video."

The two teens then charge the phone's owner, knocking him to the ground.

Subsequent comments on the YouTube site indicate the youths stole his phone and then posted the footage, in which their faces cannot be seen.

One commenter asks: "did they steal the camera off him thats how u got this on the net?" (sic)

The poster unr8bleLebo replies: "yer we taxed (stole) his phone" (sic), however he then adds "Imao", internet shorthand for "laugh my arse off".

Another video apparently filmed near a high school in November titled "leb vs aussie at blacktown" states: "the aussie was 2x the size of the leb and the aussie got bashes i think u aussies should just fuking stick to drinking" (sic).

It has been viewed by more than 22,000 people.

The Daily Telegraph has referred the videos to police. The Greenacre video was taken down yesterday after the The Daily Telegraph made inquiries to the host.

THE Family Court has for the first time intervened to prevent a father from taking his nine-year-old daughter back to Africa to have her circumcised.

Family Court judge Paul Cronin ordered the man, who is an Australian citizen of African descent, to surrender his passport and that of his daughter.

Justice Cronin banned the father from "removing or attempting to remove the child, born in March 1999, from the commonwealth of Australia".

This is a picture of a young Egyptian Muslim girl been Mutilated by some Islamic holy man arse hole or other, so as to ensure she does not SIN by enjoying SEX.

It is not clear whether the order was successful, since the man, known only as Mr Abbas, failed to appear in court.

Female circumcision, also known as genital mutilation, has been a crime in most Australian states since the late 1990s.


The law makes it clear that it is an offence not only to circumcise one's own daughter, or any other female child, but also to encourage or enable any other person to do it; or to leave the country for the purpose of having it done.

The practice is commonplace in some parts of Africa, in particular Somalia.

Justice Cronin said the father had told his former wife that he intended to return to Africa, which is "not where the child was born, but she is shown as having an African nationality".

He said the father "wishes to return to Africa for the purposes of female circumcision".



The judge said he would prevent the father from leaving Australia "just in case the purpose that I have mentioned is in fact what he has in mind".

He also gave the Department of Human Services in Victoria power to visit the man's home to ensure the girl's welfare.

The case was the first in which the Family Court had placed a child on the airport Watch List specifically to prevent her removal from Australia for circumcision, but the second in which it expressly forbade a parent from circumcising their daughter. In the first case, known as Wadmal and Amrita, Family Court judge Sally Brown ordered both parents be "restrained from visiting upon the child the act of circumcision, or any other surgical procedure with like effect, and allowing any other person to do so".

The father, who described himself in court documents as a "respectable Muslim scholar in the Muslim community", and the mother, who was of Turkish origin, were divorced under Islamic law, and each accused the other of wanting the girl circumcised.

Horrific ? Offended? The mother told the court that in June 2007, she received a visit from the Department of Human Services workers who said they had been told she intended to have the little girl circumcised on her first birthday, for she herself had been circumcised, and it was part of her culture.

She told them she intended to do no such thing; that she was not circumcised. She had to undergo an examination by the department's doctors, who confirmed that she was not.

She told the judge that she did not even know that women in her husband's culture were circumcised until he told her so, the morning after their marriage, when he asked why she was not.

She told the court that she believed her ex-husband was trying to "attribute circumcision of the child to her, when in fact (it) had been arranged by him".

The father disputed this, saying it was common in his culture but "a primitive village practice" to which he was opposed.

The judge accepted the mother's evidence that circumcision was not practiced in her culture. He also said the father "sounded genuine when he said he saw the practice as primitive".

"But he sounded genuine when telling lies", and prudence suggested that orders restraining both parents from allowing the procedure be kept in place, the judge said.

The death of Ayatollah Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini on June 4 was mourned by millions of his followers with an extravagance that surprised even the Iranian authorities. Time and again, funeral plans were disrupted by gigantic mobs unwilling to give way either to schedules or politicians.

The scene in Tehran was one of unrelieved chaos. In the traditional Shi`i manner, men pounded their chests and flagellated themselves with chains. Some sacrificed sheep and some shouted, "We wish we were dead, so not to see our beloved imam dead." Others ran 25 miles to the cemetery. The grave dug for Khomeini's body was occupied by mourners who refused to leave. The authorities appealed to citizens to stay away from Khomeini's house and from the cemetery, but to no avail.

Fire trucks sprayed water on mourners in an effort to keep them from fainting in the intensity of the June heat and the press of humanity. According to official sources, 10,879 people were injured and received on-the-spot medical attention, 438 were taken to hospitals, and eight died in the crush to view Khomeini's body. In the cemetery, mourners climbed on buses the better to catch a glimpse of the body, and in one case the roof of a bus collapsed, injuring those sitting inside. `Ali Khamene'i, the president of the republic, could not even reach the special stand set up for dignitaries. The special stand for state officials and foreign dignitaries almost collapsed under pressure of the crowd.

The height of frenzy occurred at the gravesite itself. Bringing the body by land vehicle was out of the question, so it arrived by helicopter. The first time the helicopter landed, the crowd swarmed in and grabbed pieces of the shroud, causing the corpse actually to fall to the ground. After fifteen frantic minutes, the coffin was put back on the helicopter, which then bore the body away. In an attempt to thin out the crowd, it was announced that the funeral had been postponed by a day. The trick worked, as many went home. Then, six hours after the first attempt, a second effort at a helicopter landing was made. This time more guards were around and the body was placed in a metal casket. Still, it was not easy. As the Iranian news agency described it: "The grave was only ten meters away but the pushing and shoving of thousands made it seem like kilometers. It took ten terrible minutes to be able to put the casket down near the grave." Once the body had finally been buried, concrete blocks were placed on top of it.

A TEENAGE girl who woke up next to one of the notorious "K" brothers with her underwear missing and her skirt hitched up is too frightened to watch the video that forced her attacker to admit he sexually assaulted her.

MRK, one of four Pakistani brothers in jail for a spree of sex attacks on teenage girls in 2002, was 17 when he was filmed indecently touching and assaulting the unconscious 15-year-old.

In the footage, MRK directs the person holding the camera where to film as he repeatedly violates the girl.

Despite claiming he has no recollection of the offences, MRK, now 24, pleaded guilty in December to two counts of aggravated sexual assault after he was shown the video evidence.

An agreed statement of facts tendered to the District Court at MRK's sentencing hearing yesterday said the incident happened after the girl watched the 2002 Mardi Gras parade with the brothers in the city.

Afterwards, she went with them to their Ashfield home where they plied her with alcohol until she grew dizzy, vomited and passed out. She woke the next morning to find MRK next to her in bed, her skirt around her waist and her underwear on the floor.

Nine months later, police discovered footage of the girl being molested by MRK on one of several video cassettes found in a search of the brothers' home.

The girl has told police she refuses to view the assault because she is "ashamed of what it might contain".

MRK was charged in December 2002, but before his trial the girl told police she did not want the prosecution to proceed and charges were dropped.

In July 2007, three months before MRK - who was serving 10 years - was eligible to be released on parole, police charged him with two counts of aggravated sexual assault and three counts of aggravated indecent assault after the girl provided a further statement.

He will be sentenced this month.

MRK is in Goulburn's supermax prison where he has asked to be kept in protection, the court heard. "Some of his brothers were brutally bashed last year . . . and he holds great fears for his safety," lawyer Phillip Young said.

AT least three people were killed and churches and mosques were set ablaze in the eastern Nigerian city of Bauchi today, close to where clashes between religious gangs killed hundreds of people last November.

"A number of churches and mosques have been burned and at least three people killed and seven injured," a Nigerian Red Cross official said.

Clashes between Muslim and Christian gangs provoked by a disputed election killed hundreds of people in Jos, capital of neighbouring Plateau state, in November, the worst unrest in Africa's most populous nation for several years.

A spokesman for the governor of Plateau state said the security forces were on high alert.

"We have placed security here in Jos on red alert. We want to forestall any eventuality here," Dan Manjang said, adding the situation was calm.

AUSTRALIA has been singled out as a target for "forest jihad" by a group of Islamic extremists urging Muslims to deliberately light bushfires as a weapon of terror.

US intelligence channels earlier this year identified a website calling on Muslims in Australia, the US, Europe and Russia to "start forest fires", claiming "scholars have justified chopping down and burning the infidels' forests when they do the same to our lands".

The website, posted by a group called the Al-Ikhlas Islamic Network, argues in Arabic that lighting fires is an effective form of terrorism justified in Islamic law under the "eye for an eye" doctrine.

The posting — which instructs jihadis to remember "forest jihad" in summer months — says fires cause economic damage and pollution, tie up security agencies and can take months to extinguish so that "this terror will haunt them for an extended period of time".

"Imagine if, after all the losses caused by such an event, a jihadist organisation were to claim responsibility for the forest fires," the website says. "You can hardly begin to imagine the level of fear that would take hold of people in the United States, in Europe, in Russia and in Australia."

With the nation heading into another hot, dry summer, Australian intelligence agencies are treating the possibility that bushfires could be used as a weapon of terrorism as a serious concern.

Attorney-General Robert McClelland said the Federal Government remained "vigilant against such threats", warning that anyone caught lighting a fire as a weapon of terror would feel the wrath of anti-terror laws.

"Any information that suggests a threat to Australia's interests is investigated by relevant agencies as appropriate," Mr McClelland said.

Adam Dolnik, director of research at the University of Wollongong's Centre for Transnational Crime Prevention, said that bushfires (unlike suicide bombing) were generally not considered a glorious type of attack by jihadis, in keeping with a recent decline in the sophistication of terrorist operations.

"With attacks like bushfires, yes, it would be easy. It would be very damaging and we do see a decreasing sophistication as a part of terrorist attacks," Dr Dolnik said.

"In recent years, there have been quite a few attacks averted and it has become more and more difficult for groups to do something effective."

Dr Dolnik said he had observed an increase in traffic on jihadi websites calling for a simplification of terrorist attacks because the more complex operations had been failing. But starting bush fires was still often regarded as less effective than other operations because governments could easily deny terrorism as the cause.

The internet posting by the little-known group claimed the idea of forest fires had been attributed to imprisoned Al Qaeda leader Abu Musab Al-Suri. It said Al-Suri had urged terrorists to use sulphuric acid and petrol to start forest fires.

If the AGE is giving up their favourite Multiculturalists and terrorists, I would think this story has legs, although I expect it will be buried well and truly, by the Victorian state Labor government's Islamic suppression of free speech and thought department, staffed by Labor's favourite Islamist's and socialist Islamists sympathisers and apologists.

U.S. officials monitoring terrorist web sites have discovered a call for using forest fires as weapons against “crusader” nations, in what may explain some recent wildfires in places like southern California and Greece.

A terrorist website was discovered recently that carried a posting that called for “Forest Jihad.” The posting was listed on the Internet on Nov. 26 and reported in U.S. intelligence channels last week.

The statement, in Arabic, said that “summer has begun so do not forget the Forest Jihad.”

The writer called on all Muslims in the United States, Europe, Russia and Australia to “start forest fires.”

The posting quoted imprisoned Al Qaida terrorist Abu Musab Al-Suri, as saying “Jihad is an art just like poetry, music, and the fine arts. There are people that draw and there are others that are jihadists. They both act upon inspiration.”

Al-Suri is a senior Al Qaida leader captured in Pakistan in 2005 who is believed to be in U.S. custody.

“The idea of forest fires is attributed to him, may God set him free, as is in this short clip,” the writer stated.

The posting said that setting forest fires were legal under extremist Islamic law as part of a “eye for an eye” and that can produce “amazing results.”

Wildfires in California burned more than 500,000 acres beginning in October and authorities said arson was to blame for some of the fires. In August, wildfires broke out in Greece that authorities say were deliberately set.

The writer stated that it was permissible to burn trees in carrying out jihad.

“Scholars have justified chopping down and burning the infidels' forests when they do the same to our lands,” the writer said.

The writer stated that “targeted forests” are in the nations that “are at war with Muslims,” including the United States, Europe, Russia, and Australia.

Other nations, including Brazil are “off limits” because Brazil has not joined the “armies of the crusade.”

On damage caused by wildfires, the report said that the fires typically take months to put out which means that “this terror will haunt them for an extended period of time.”

The fires also will cause economic damage because it will limit exports of timber used to make furniture and also will cause losses to pharmaceutical companies that use trees for ingredients for drugs, the posting said.

Smoke caused by the fires will create pollution and military forces could be tied up fighting fires. The report noted that U.S. military forces in Iraq or Afghanistan “could even be recalled” as occurred following hurricane Katrina, which did not occur.

“Imagine if, after all the losses caused by such an event, a jihadist organization were to claim responsibility for (starting) the forest fires,” the writer said. “You can hardly begin to imagine the level of the fear that would take hold of people in the United States, in Europe, in Russia, and in Australia.”

The report said that Abu Musab Al-Suri, urges terrorists to use sulphuric acid to start a forest fire, as well as gasoline.

The article was signed by Abu Thar Al-Kuwaiti, on behalf of a group called the Al-Ikhlas Islamic Network.

Arrest in Mike Smith death threat case "Your head is on a plate. You're going to be dead soon, racist bitch."

Many thanks to Heather for sending this to me,If you are going to threaten to murder someone don't do it via a telephone especially to a radio or television station, better still don't do it at all,just pretend you are a part of the human race and step into the 21st century with all the privileges and RESPONSIBILITIES that entails.
I wont at this stage make any comment as to weather the arrested man is a member of any of Australia's " rich tapestry of cultural diversity " tribes, or indeed a member of the "Religion of Peace" until I know that to be the case.

The mongrel who made death threat via phone to Brisbane radio announcer was arrested...comes from Eight Mile Plains which is just a little south of Brisbane & is now the muslim capital of sth/est Qld. Going back quite a few years it used to be a very quiet farming area...not anymore unfortunately. I hadn't been up that way for some time until recently & omg hardly recognised the area at all with all their mosques everywhere. I think that is one of the major problems with the way they're buying up huge areas of land all throughout major cities/towns across Australia.

Man arrested over death threat to 4BC's Mike Smith

POLICE have arrested a man who allegedly made death threats to a Brisbane radio announcer who criticised women who wear Muslim veils.
4BC Drive presenter Michael Smith allegedly received the threat on January 16 after he suggested Muslim women who wear face coverings in public posed a security risk.

The expletive-riddled recorded message said: "Your head is on a plate. You're going to be dead soon, racist bitch."

A 47-year-old man was arrested at his home at Eight Mile Plains on Brisbane south side after his phone number was traced by detectives.

He was charged with using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence and is due to appear in Brisbane Magistrate's Court on February 19.
