"The chief weapon in the quiver of all Islamist expansionist movements, is the absolute necessity to keep victims largely unaware of the actual theology plotting their demise. To complete this deception, a large body of ‘moderates’ continue to spew such ridiculous claims as “Islam means Peace” thereby keeping non-Muslims from actually reading the Qur’an, the Sira, the Hadith, or actually looking into the past 1400 years of history. Islamists also deny or dismiss the concept of ‘abrogation’, which is the universal intra-Islamic method of replacing slightly more tolerable aspects of the religion in favor of more violent demands for Muslims to slay and subdue infidels"

There is a reason we call it Islamic terrorism, and it isn't

Pious Muslim Mohamed Abdulrahman convicted of assault Police officer whilst on two year suspended sentence for assault Police and resisting arrest
Mohamed Abdulrahman guilty of hitting police officer

HE is the serial police assaulter whose own mother helped him in his attempt to resist arrest.
But Mohamed Atteya Abdulrahman has thrown one punch too many at the law after being found guilty this week of giving an officer a black eye during an all-in family scuffle with police as they tried to arrest him for assault.
Magistrate Shane McAnulty said it was a “very hostile situation’’ when police went to talk to Abdulrahman at his family home at Granville on October 17 last year over claims he had bashed his then fiancee.
The situation quickly deteriorated when officers attempted to arrest Abdulrahman. During the melee, the 21-year-old punched Constable Joel Swales in the eye as the officer tried to handcuff him.
At the time, Abdulrahman was on a two-year suspended sentence for assaulting police and resisting arrest on September 9, 2013. He was also facing two charges of assaulting police on December 20, 2013. He was later convicted and placed on a further 18- month suspended sentence.
Now three more offences can be added to that list after he was found guilty in Parramatta Local Court this week of punching Constable Swales, resisting arrest and common assault against his former fiancee Eda Inceol.
When police arrived at Abdulrahman’s home in October last year to make inquiries about the assault on Ms Inceol, he gave a false name and walked inside the house. The officers followed but when they tried to arrest him his family intervened.
Mr McAnulty said as Constable Swales tried to handcuff Abdulrahman “he is stopped by the accused and the accused's brother (Ahmad) who is attempting to shelter him and his mother who is attempting to get in the way’’. Mr McAnulty said Abdulrahman punched Constable Swales in the right eye.
Abdulrahman is on bail pending his sentence on November 16.

Labor Green Loons still demanding Muslim Terrorists and their Supporters be imported into Australia.
We must save those at most risk

OPPOSITION foreign affairs spokesperson Tanya Plibersek could not utter the word “Christian” yesterday when discussing the range of characteristics that might make a victim out of a person stuck in the Middle East conflict.
Instead, she said we shouldn’t choose people according to their religion when selecting the 12,000 extra refugees the Abbott government has generously agreed to accept from the UNHCR and resettle here.
She’s been supported by Dr Ibrahim Abu Mohamed, Australia’s grand mufti, who erroneously believes that choosing refugees based on religion or ethnicity was the very kind of sectarian thinking “that got Iraq and Syria into the problems they’re facing now”.
They should consult the Koran and review the phrases favoured by Islamists and extremists if they want to find creepy justifications for the crisis.
Daesh, or IS, the most barbaric force unleashed since the defeat of Nazism and Communism, has singled out Christians and Christian women, particularly, among other minorities for the most inhumane treatment, including rape, slavery and of course, torture, crucifixion and murder.
Should we not be attempting to provide refuge for these persecuted groups, some of whom belong to sects that claim to pre-date Christianity?
Plibersek and some others in the Labor Party are attempting to hide behind the absurd politically correct rationalisation that extending help to those who have suffered the most cruelly would place Australia in breach of some form of anti-discrimination protocol.
In this, and in some other responses to last Friday’s tragic picture of a dead boy, the compassionistas have revealed their true faces.
Even as Immigration Minister Peter Dutton was in Europe seeking the views of the UNHCR on how best to assist in this global disaster, Anglican priest Father Rod Bower was telling a dial-a-mob in Hyde Park that: “This human carnage has not moved the stone cold heart of the Abbott government to take in one extra refugee,” and that some “mantra of national security” was being invoked.
Message to Fr Bower: In future, hold your comments until the adults have given consideration to what action is necessary, and further, if failed states like Syria and Afghanistan actually had genuine national security regimes there would not be a refugee crisis.
Another to add a shrill voice to the debate was Joumana Harris, the president of the United Muslim Women Association.
“What we witnessed and what we felt over the last few days was enough to move mountains, and yet we stand here almost begging those we entrust to speak in our name to open their hearts while they discuss when is the best time to drop the first bomb,” she told the same crowd, overlooking the evidence of unspeakable crimes committed by Daesh over the past few years.
Harris would have had more credibility if she was noted for her campaigns against female genital mutilation or Daesh, or the Taliban, but she hasn’t made the headlines with her views on those issues.
As the bleeding hearts were calling for an open-door border policy, the ABC aired an interview with a Syrian refugee, Katia Alsommoh, who pleaded for Christians and other religious minorities to be given priority, saying she had seen photos of refugees in Germany and Sweden who had been members of IS and Jabhat al-Nusra.
While being generous, we must also carefully screen those who we accept. Sweden is now the rape capital of Europe, with first- and second-generation refugees being blamed for much of the increase.
Sweden has been taking in a larger share of asylum seekers than any other EU state. Its population is about 9.6 million, and asylum was granted to more than 33,000 refugees last year.
In 2014, 6700 rapes were reported to the Swedish police, an 11 per cent increase from the previous year.
In response to a crime wave, Norway last year deported 7259 people and the crime rate dropped 30 per cent. The government’s goal for 2015 is to forcibly return 7800 people.
On Monday, Denmark began advertising in Lebanese newspapers to discourage migrants travelling to the country. One in four people living in Lebanon fled the war in Syria.
Denmark’s advertisement noted that welfare has been cut by 50 per cent, temporary residence permit holders cannot bring their families to Denmark in the first year, permanent residence is granted only after a minimum five years, strict language requirements apply to obtain a permanent residence and those who are refused refugee status will be speedily expelled.
Australia must not compound the problem that already exists in areas of Sydney and Melbourne where groups of Islamic migrants from Lebanon, Afghanistan and Somalia fail to respect our laws and culture. We must welcome those most at risk.

Pious ISIS Muslim Sociopath Killed by his Sex Slave.
IS commander ‘shot dead’ by woman he forced into sex slavery
Lauren Mc Mah
The Daily Telegraph
September 10, 2015
HE WAS one of Islamic State’s top commanders who captured women in terrifying conditions and forced them to have sex with his depraved fighters.
But it seems one of his captives has exacted their bloody revenge.
It has emerged the senior commander, known only by his nom de guerre Abu Anas, was murdered on Saturday by an unidentified Iraqi woman he kept as a sex slave.
Kurdistan Democratic Party spokesman Saeed Mamouzini told Iraqi television network al-Sumaria that the woman shot Anas dead in Iraq’s Tal Roman district, three months after she had been forced to sex slavery. He said the woman was married off to several of Anas’s fighters as a sick “gift”.
It comes as more details emerge of IS’s use of rape as a weapon of power and cruelty against its captives.
It is not known what happened to the woman, who is believed to be a member of the Yazidi-Kurdish minority.
The Yazidis are a religious minority in Syria and Iraq that is targeted by IS. A total of 5270 Yazidis were abducted by IS last year, and more than 3000 are still in their grip, according to figures within the community.
‘WE ASK YOU TO RAPE’
News of the commander’s death comes as Hollywood actor Angelina Jolie said IS dictated mass rape as official policy, the kind of which was “beyond what we have seen before”.
Jolie, a United Nations special envoy, was giving evidence at a Lords committee hearing on sexual violence in conflict zones.
“It’s not sexual, it is a violent, brutal terrorising weapon,” she told the committee.
“The most aggressive terrorist group in the world today knows what we know, knows that it is a very effective weapon and they are using it as a centre point of their terror and their way of destroying communities and families, and attacking and dehumanising.”
She said IS explicitly told its fighters: “We ask you to rape.”
“They are saying, ‘You should do this, this is the way to build a society’,” Jolie said.
The star, who has campaigned for a decade against the use of rape in war, recalled meeting girls as young as seven who had been brutally raped in war zones.
“I remember distinctly meeting this little girl who was very young, perhaps seven or eight, and she was rocking back and forward staring at the wall and tears streaming down her face because she had been brutally raped multiple times,” Jolie said.
“You couldn’t talk to her, you could touch her. I felt absolutely helpless and didn’t know what to do for her.
“More recently, I met a 13-year-old girl in Iraq who had been kept in a room with many other girls. They were taken out in twos, brought to this very dirty room with this dirty couch and raped repeatedly.
“They told me what was even worse than this physical violence was they had to stand in rooms and watch their friends be sold.
“To hear men arguing over what they were worth. Were they worth $40, $50? What was the price, their value? And how humiliating that was.”
Jolie appeared at the committee at the UK House of Parliament alongside former Foreign Secretary William Hague, with whom she co-founded Preventing Sexual Violence Initiative, which campaigns for the victims of rape in war zones.
She praised British government for taking a lead on the issue but urged for a “very strong response” to IS in Iraq and Syria.
This week Human Rights Watch (HWR) executive director Kenneth Roth revealed that IS has circulated a chilling “pamphlet” that outlines rules about having sex with enslaved women who are not Muslim, including girls and young women from the Yazidi community.
The pamphlet, which is available on Twitter, has been translated and republished on the HRW website.
Set out in a question-and-answer format, the document uses passages from the Koran to justify rape, and recommends that if the female captive is a virgin, her master “can have intercourse with her immediately after taking possession of her”.
“However,” the pamphlet continues, “if she isn’t, her uterus must be purified (first).”
Roth said that by treating captured non-Muslim women as subject to the sexual whims of those who control them, “ISIS disregards nearly universal injunctions against slavery and rape”.
Previous reports by HRW have outlined the horrifying system of organised rape, sexual slavery and forced marriage inflicted on Yazidi girls and women held captive by IS.
Earlier this year HRW interviewed 20 girls and young women who escaped from IS and suffered “unimaginable trauma” from their ordeals.
Modern slavery takes many forms, but most slaves are forced to work in the shadows. Those who control modern slaves—whether men compelled to work on Thai fishing boats, domestic workers trapped in the homes of their Saudi employers, children ordered to beg in Senegal, bonded workers in India, or sex workers trafficked in the West—usually shun publicity because treating human beings as mere chattel can be criminally prosecuted and cause moral revulsion.
2015-Yezidiinterview-Samer
The self-proclaimed Islamic State, or ISIS, is a rare exception. Much as it openly flouts the global prohibition of summary execution, often with unspeakable cruelty, it has published an attempt to justify its subjugation of non-Muslim women and girls in sexual bondage. Its argument is not an academic exercise: Human Rights Watch has interviewed Yazidi women and girls who have escaped ISIS captivity. They describe a system of organized rape and sexual assault, sexual slavery, and forced marriage.
The excerpts from the ISIS pamphlet printed below—posted on a pro-ISIS Twitter account
and generally considered authentic—use a question-and-answer format to set forth rules for having sex with captured and enslaved women and girls who are not Muslim.* What is striking is that, in the minds of its authors, this is not a lawless document. It sets forth an interpretation of sharia, or Islamic law, albeit an extreme one. Far from pure licentiousness, it is filled with legal constraints. Yet by treating captured non-Muslim women as subject to the sexual whims of those who control them, ISIS disregards nearly universal injunctions against slavery and rape.
The ISIS pamphlet does not mean that its members who enslave and rape women necessarily act with Islam in mind. Like any ruthless group, ISIS undoubtedly includes many who are attracted by the opportunity to subjugate and brutalize others regardless of the rationalization. Yet ISIS’s effort to justify its conduct through sharia law highlights the importance of countering this legal claim, both by those qualified to speak for Islamic law and by those able to enforce the prohibitions of international human rights law.
Question 1: What is al-sabi?
Al-Sabi is a woman from among ahl al-harb [the people of war] who has been captured by Muslims.
Question 2: What makes al-sabi permissible?
What makes al-sabi permissible [i.e., what makes it permissible to take such a woman captive] is [her] unbelief. Unbelieving [women] who were captured and brought into the abode of Islam are permissible to us, after the imam distributes them [among us].
Question 3: Can all unbelieving women be taken captive?
There is no dispute among the scholars that it is permissible to capture unbelieving women [who are characterized by] original unbelief [kufr asli], such as the kitabiyat [women from among the People of the Book, i.e., Jews and Christians] and polytheists. However, [the scholars] are disputed over [the issue of] capturing apostate women. The consensus leans toward forbidding it, though some people of knowledge think it permissible. We [ISIS] lean toward accepting the consensus….
Question 4: Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female captive?
It is permissible to have sexual intercourse with the female captive. Allah the almighty said: “[Successful are the believers] who guard their chastity, except from their wives or (the captives and slaves) that their right hands possess, for then they are free from blame [Koran 23:5–6].”…
Question 5: Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female captive immediately after taking possession [of her]?
If she is a virgin, he [her master] can have intercourse with her immediately after taking possession of her. However, if she isn’t, her uterus must be purified [first]….
Question 6: Is it permissible to sell a female captive?
It is permissible to buy, sell, or give as a gift female captives and slaves, for they are merely property, which can be disposed of as long as that doesn’t cause [the Muslim ummah] any harm or damage.
Question 7: Is it permissible to separate a mother from her children through [the act of] buying and selling?
It is not permissible to separate a mother from her prepubescent children through buying, selling, or giving away [a captive or slave]. [But] it is permissible to separate them if the children are grown and mature.
Question 8: If two or more [men] buy a female captive together, does she then become [sexually] permissible to each of them?
It is forbidden to have intercourse with a female captive if [the master] does not own her exclusively. One who owns [a captive] in partnership [with others] may not have sexual intercourse with her until the other [owners] sell or give him [their share].
Question 9: If the female captive was impregnated by her owner, can he then sell her?
He can’t sell her if she becomes the mother of a child….
Question 10: If a man dies, what is the law regarding the female captive he owned?
Female captives are distributed as part of his estate, just as all [other parts] of his estate [are distributed]. However, they may only provide services, not intercourse, if a father or [one of the] sons has already had intercourse with them, or if several [people] inherit them in partnership.
Question 11: May a man have intercourse with the female slave of his wife?
A man may not have intercourse with the female slave of his wife, because [the slave] is owned by someone else.
Question 12: May a man kiss the female slave of another, with the owner’s permission?
A man may not kiss the female slave of another, for kissing [involves] pleasure, and pleasure is prohibited unless [the man] owns [the slave] exclusively.
Question 13: Is it permissible to have intercourse with a female slave who has not reached puberty?
It is permissible to have intercourse with the female slave who hasn’t reached puberty if she is fit for intercourse; however if she is not fit for intercourse, then it is enough to enjoy her without intercourse.
Question 14: What private parts of the female slave’s body must be concealed during prayer?
Her private body parts [that must be concealed] during prayer are the same as those [that must be concealed] outside [prayer], and they [include] everything besides the head, neck, hands, and feet.
Question 15: May a female slave meet foreign men without wearing a hijab?
A female slave is allowed to expose her head, neck, hands, and feet in front of foreign men if fitna [enticement] can be avoided. However, if fitna is present, or of there is fear that it will occur, then it [i.e., exposing these body parts becomes] forbidden.
Question 16: Can two sisters be taken together while taking slaves?
It is permissible to have two sisters, a female slave and her aunt [her father’s sister], or a female slave and her aunt [from her mother’s side]. But they cannot be together during intercourse, [and] whoever has intercourse with one of them cannot have intercourse with the other, due to the general [consensus] over the prohibition of this.
Question 17: What is al-’azl?
Al-’azl is refraining from ejaculating on a woman’s pudendum [i.e., coitus interruptus].
Question 18: May a man use the al-’azl [technique] with his female slave?
A man is allowed [to use] al-’azl during intercourse with his female slave with or without her consent.
Question 19: Is it permissible to beat a female slave?
It is permissible to beat the female slave as a [form of] darb ta’deeb [disciplinary beating], [but] it is forbidden to [use] darb al-takseer [literally, breaking beating], [darb] al-tashaffi [beating for the purpose of achieving gratification], or [darb] al-ta’dheeb [torture beating]. Further, it is forbidden to hit the face.
Question 20: What is the ruling regarding a female slave who runs away from her master?
A male or female slave’s running away [from their master] is among the gravest of sins….
Question 21: What is the earthly punishment of a female slave who runs away from her master?
She [i.e., the female slave who runs away from her master] has no punishment according to the sharia of Allah; however, she is [to be] reprimanded [in such a way that] deters others like her from escaping.
Question 22: Is it permissible to marry a Muslim [slave] or a kitabiyya [i.e., Jewish or Christian] female slave?
It is impermissible for a free [man] to marry Muslim or kitabiyat female slaves, except for those [men] who feared to [commit] a sin, that is, the sin of fornication….
Question 24: If a man marries a female slave who is owned by someone else, who is allowed to have intercourse with her?
A master is prohibited from having intercourse with his female slave who is married to someone else; instead, the master receives her service, [while] the husband [gets to] enjoy her [sexually].
Question 25: Are the huddoud [Koranic punishments] applied to female slaves?
If a female slave committed what necessitated the enforcement of a hadd [on her], a hadd [is then] enforced on her—however, the hadd is reduced by half within the hudud that accepts reduction by half….
Question 27: What is the reward for freeing a slave girl?
Allah the exalted said [in the Koran]: “And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass [hell]? It is the freeing of a slave.” And [the prophet Muhammad] said: “Whoever frees a believer Allah frees every organ of his body from hellfire.”

"In February it was reported militants fighting in Syria were seeking medical attention to improve their sexual prowess and subjecting their wives to ‘brutal, abnormal’ sex acts, according to local doctors.
Yazidi women and girls, some as young as five, taken from their homes earlier in the year were also regularly raped and abused by fighters, survivors said."

The first obligation of the Australian Government is to protect Australians from Muslim Terrorism.
Andrew Bolt: Our safety must be the priority, not Christian charity
Andrew Bolt
THerald Sun
September 10, 2015
LET’S be honest — please — before this frenzy of “compassion” for Syrians makes Australians even less safe.
Already our Jewish schools need armed guards for fear of local jihadists. Already ASIO is investigating 400 terrorist threats.
Yet the Abbott Government said yesterday it would take in an extra 12,000 Syrian refugees.
Know two things about this response to the invasion of Europe by illegal immigrants from the Third World — now more than 4000 people every day and half of them claiming to be Syrians.
First, our intake will not stop this invasion. No, the word has spread to as far as Nigeria and Bangladesh that Europe’s fences are down. Iraqi airlines have even had to put on an extra three flights a day to
Istanbul to deposit more Iraqis on the edge of Europe and its riches.
Look at the “refugees” you see crashing through Europe’s weak borders, or check the statistics of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Is it normal for 72 per cent of “refugees” from war to be men — and predominantly young, fit men you might expect to defend their country rather than flee it?
And consider: how many relatives will they later send for? So, no, Europe’s crisis will continue until it, too, turns back the boats.
But, second: in making this gesture, we risk making Australia even less safe.
Amazingly, even the people loudly demanding we take in more Syrian Muslims implicitly concede that danger. Sydney Islamic leader Ahmed Kilani warned that favouring Christian refugees over Muslim risked more terrorism here.
“The Government keeps saying it is worried about people being radicalised. What do you think young Muslims are going to think when they see who can come in and who can’t?”
Maher Mughrabi, foreign editor of The Age, said the ominous same.
“Arab communities of this country are already bitterly divided by this (Syrian) conflict and the Government’s response to it.
“If Muslims here feel that the blood of their brothers and sisters in Syria does not cry out as loudly as that of other communities, I worry about the long-term consequences.”
Is that a warning or a threat?
Or take Australia’s Anglican Primate, Archbishop Philip Freier. He wants 10,000 more Syrian refugees, but advises against bombing the Islamic State for fear that Muslims here could launch an “asymetrical response” — a terrorist attack. This is madness. Once such people assured us there were too few jihadists to worry about. Now they warn there are too many to offend.
Oh, and we should import potentially more.
True, Prime Minister Tony Abbott yesterday winked that he will take only Syrian refugees from “very persecuted minorities” — code for Christians. Yet even Abbott dared not say so openly. In fact, he flinched at the first hostile question at his press conference, saying he was also thinking of “Muslim minorities”.
But if the polls are right, Labor will next year form government and take over this immigration program and its foreign affairs spokeswoman, Tanya Plibersek, insists the “basis of our policy should not discriminate on religion or ethnicity or gender”.
Has Labor learned nothing from the Fraser government’s blunder in responding with “compassion” to Lebanon’s civil war in the 1970s?
Then, too, government ministers privately urged prime minister Malcolm Fraser to accept only Christian refugees, given how Lebanese Christians had thrived here. Fraser ignored them and nearly 20,000 Lebanese Muslims, many from poor and tribal areas, soon came instead.
The consequences are with us today. True, most made good citizens, but gun crime today is rife in Sydney suburbs with large Lebanese populations. Crime rates are high.
More seriously, of the 21 Australians jailed for terrorism offences, at least four were born in Lebanon and seven were born to Lebanese families.
History may already be repeating itself with our Afghan refugees.
Melbourne jihadist Numan Haider, who stabbed two police, was an Afghan refugee. Bikie gangs recruit heavily from Afghans.
Let’s not make the same mistakes all over again.
Australia’s political class has for years been too dishonest to admit that when you import people, you import their culture.
But our politicians must ask pragmatic questions when deciding which of the millions of the world’s refugees to help.
Who will make best use of our help by fitting in? And who will best repay our charity by enriching Australia, not hurting it? You can’t make such guesses without considering culture and religion — factors that
influence the behaviour of the refugees’ future children, too.
I know, this makes a politician seem mean and “racist”, but what is their highest duty? To merely seem good, or to protect Australians from future harm?
Refugee Facts you should Know:
Here are nine facts few journalist will report.
THE people flooding into Germany are not “refugees”. Once they arrived in Greece — or Turkey before that — they were safe. Moving north to rich Germany is an economic decision.
MOST of the “refugees” are not fleeing death. United Nations’ figures suggest half are not Syrians. Real refugees do not leave their families back home, yet 72 per cent of these are men.
AYLAN Kurdi, the three-year-old Syrian photographed lying dead on a Turkish beach, was not fleeing Syria. His father had lived for three years in Turkey, working on construction sites. His Canadian sister supported him and says her brother wanted to go to Europe fix his teeth.
GERMAN Chancellor Angela Merkel is not showing great “compassion” by welcoming an expected 800,000 illegal immigrants this year. She simply knows German soldiers cannot turn away trains of unwanted people. (Remember the war!) But she claims this intake will be “one off” and demands other countries take some immigrants off her hands. Germany has already had hundreds of anti-immigrant protests, some violent. Soon it must get tough.
THIS is not a benign invasion. Hundreds of Afghans on Lesbos last weekend rioted when they couldn’t get to the mainland. More rioted earlier on Kos. More than 100 Syrian immigrants rioted three weeks ago at hostel in the German town of Suhl when an Afghan man ripped a Koran. Eleven migrants and four police were hurt.
WE ARE doing more than our “fair share”. Japan, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Qatar, Kuwait, Israel and the United Arab Emirates are among many countries refusing to take Syrian refugees. Poland, Slovakia and Hungary will accept only Christians.
THIS is not our responsibility. Australia didn’t bomb in Syria.
EUROPE is paying the price for its weakness — and that of the US. They refused to intervene when jihadist and other groups started to attack Syria’s Assad regime, triggering the refugee exodus. Now Europe won’t defend its borders.
EUROPE has struggled to assimilate large Muslim populations in France, Sweden, Germany and elsewhere. Illegal immigration of 4000 people a day — mainly Muslim and young — represents an existential threat.

Pious Muslim Savage,Milad bin Ahmad-Shah Al-Ahmadzai,,Refuses to stand for Judge in Australian Court ... AGAIN!!!!

Islamic extremist with history of disrespecting court fails to stand for judge again
Sarah Crawford
The Daily Telegraph
September 9 2015
AN Islamic extremist who has a history of not respecting courts has refused to stand for a district court judge at his trial for a ram raid at a shopping mall in Sydney’s north west.
Milad bin Ahmad-Shah Al-Ahmadzai, 25, refused to stand when he pleaded not guilty in Parramatta District Court this morning to a charge of break and enter with intent to steal at Macquarie Centre shopping complex in the early hours of May 15, 2013.
Judge Jane Culver, who is presiding over a judge alone trial, did not react when Al-Ahmadzai remained seated when entered his not guilty plea and later when the trial was adjourned.
It is alleged the 25-year-old father of one was one of three masked men who used two stolen vehicles to smash through the glass doors at Macquarie Centre and repeatedly ram a group of free standing ATMs.
When the group failed to dislodge the ATMs they fled in one of the vehicles, a Ford Econovan, leaving a Tarago behind.
Another man Wassim Fayad has pleaded guilty to the ram raid and is awaiting sentence in the District Court.
The Crown claims a number of phone intercepts between Fayad and Al-Ahmadzai as well as others to prove the former Epping Boys High School student was one of the masked men at the shopping centre that night.
In an intercepted phone call between Fayad and Al-Ahmadzai on the night before the ram raid the accused said: “Tomorrow me and you will go job hunting, ay.”
An hour before the ram raid Al-Ahmadzai allegedly told Fayad: “I’m dying for work let’s quickly go find something ay,” the Crown claims.
The crown alleges that after the ram raid Fayad was caught by a road camera speeding in his son, Zakariya Alameddine’s Toyota Camry through a street in Oaklands.
When Mr Alameddine received a fine it is alleged he signed a statutory declaration saying a third man Munther Abu-Taer was driving the vehicle at the time.
After police investigating the ram raid interviewed Mr Alameddine and Abu-Taer, Fayad called Al-Ahmadzai who was now in Goulburn Super Max on other offences.
In the phone call Fayad allegedly said: “Remember a little fishing trip we went on? Remember the fish that were very, very, very hard to get out of the water? They have come back to bite us.”
Defence barrister Ronald Driels said Al-Ahmadzai was never at the Macquarie Centre that night because he was on bail at the time and under a strict curfew to be at home at night.
“A sizeable security had been lodged by his family with very onerous conditions. One of those conditions was that he adhere to a curfew at night of 8pm to 7am,” Mr Driels said.
Al-Ahmadzai was sentenced to nine months jail in August last year for threatening to “slit” the throat and crack the neck of an ASIO officer.
He had been under surveillance for four years when he made threats over the phone to an ASIO officer and a police member of the Joint Counter Terrorism Team on May 2 and 10 in 2013.
The Goulburn Super Max inmate has caused anger among prison guards because he refuses to kneel during security procedures due to his religious beliefs.
Al-Ahmadzai, who assaulted a guard, is the only inmate classed as a dangerous prisoner that does not need to kneel but instead sits cross-legged with his handcuffed hands behind his head.
Al-Ahmadzai also sited religious beliefs when he refused to stand for District Court Judge Ian McClintock who jailed him for his threatening phone calls.

Australian's Food Taxed to fund Mosque in Indonesia
Halal: Australian money used to fund mosque being built by Indonesia’s certification authority
Matthew Benns

AUSTRALIAN food manufacturers are paying millions of dollars for halal certification — only to see some of the money sent overseas to help pay for a $5 million mosque development in Indonesia.
The mosque is being built by the head of Indonesia’s halal certification authority, which controls access to the giant Indonesian market.
The disclosures, made last night on ABC’s Four Corners program, follow an exclusive investigation by The Daily Telegraph that revealed Australian businesses were paying millions of dollars for halal certification to gain access to lucrative overseas markets.
The Islamic Co-ordinating Council of Victoria’s deputy chairman Ekrem Ozyurek confirmed to the program that some of the profits from the certification of red meat in Australia were going towards a $5 million mosque development in West Java.
“It’s going for the purpose of [an] orphanage or something they are building and they need that money to build that orphanage or a mosque, that kind of thing ... there’s a possibility that some money might be given to them, yes,” he said.
The project is being built by Amidhan Shaberah, who heads the Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), gatekeeper to the Indonesian market. Former Australian Federation of Islamic Councils president Ikebal Patel said local certifiers had offered thousands of dollars to the MUI in return for favourable treatment.
A senate food certification is has received almost 1500 submissions.

DAYS after it was revealed a community group linked to paedophile Paul Bickford was being investigated by detectives attached to the hunt for missing toddler William Tyrrell, he has been photographed for
the first time visiting his “wrecked” wife’s home on the NSW mid-north coast.
Initial inquiries last night suggested Bickford was not in breach of an AVO or court orders placed on him at the time of his 16-month suspended jail sentence handed down on February 19.
The Daily Telegraph spotted Bickford — former president of support group GAPA (Grandparents As Parents Again) — leaving the home at 9.15am in a white sedan. He drove to the shops and returned roughly
15 minutes later.
“We’ve made inquiries and the indications are that he is not in breach of anything,” detective Inspector Gary Jubelin, leader of the William Tyrrell investigation strike force, said.
Bickford pleaded guilty to indecently assaulting an 11-year-old girl who suffers from Asperger’s syndrome during a drive to the shops to buy her lollies.
“He’s a bloody fool (for pleading guilty),” his wife Sandra said.
“He didn’t want to go to jail … he’s innocent.
“We’ve had a very emotional weekend. We have been interviewed by the detectives from Sydney before, they questioned everyone in our group.”
Mrs Bickford said homicide detectives had interviewed she and her husband extensively over their knowledge, if any, of William.
Mrs Bickford claimed last week that her husband was banned from living with her and the child residing at the same address. A teenage boy was also seen visiting the house yesterday while Bickford was
inside.
The family of Bickford’s victim described him as “the lowest of the low” and said they wanted him exposed as a convicted paedophile.
“It was extremely difficult and it was also extremely disappointing what the end result was — the fact that he got a 16-month slap on the wrist and let go again,” her grandfather said.
“(The victim) is very volatile. One minute she’s quite calm and totally fine, and the next minute she’s not.”
The Saturday Telegraph revealed last week that Paul Bickford was a member of a paedophile ring being looked at as part of the police investigation into William’s abduction.
Tony Jones — also a former member of GAPA — is in jail awaiting sentencing next week over indecently assaulting a different 11-year-old girl.
