"The argument quickly turned violent with police alleging the El-Nacher hit the victim twice, knocking him out.Interesting to see how all of the NSW Teachers Federation Multicultural / Diversity "all Cultures are equal"indoctrinees will take to having the Labor Green Loons culture / ideology of choice Policing the end of year Schoolies events on the Gold Coast in 2015.
It’s then alleged Khal hit the victim about the head twice while he lay on the ground before then spitting on the man"........."The court heard Khal claimed he didn’t spit on the man but spit had come out of his mouth after he yelled the Arabic word “haram” at him."
Did not any of the NSW Teachers Federation members tell their students that alcohol and celebrating via mixed dancing and music are now Haram?
These two wannabee ASSASSINS will probably walk scott free from the court given their obvious defence ..... the Gold Coast City Council has been pitching the Gold Coast to Muslims as a Muslim friendly holiday destination for these past years using tax payers and ratepayers money to do so, begging those who say they HATE all that Australia IS the most come here for their Holidays.
Who could blame these ASSASSINS for finding that after paying good money to holiday in the land of the Kafir and "Aussie Pig and Slut" they were confronted by a Kafir,"The Filth" "The Infidel" engaging in Haram in what they regard as THEIR Streets, well there are Mosques in Queensland so therefore Queensland belongs to allah.

NSW schoolies Daniel El-Nacher and Maddy Khal have been bailed after facing a Gold Coast court charged over a fight that left a reveller in a coma. The court heard the began with an argument over religion.
An 18-year-old man was taken to hospital in the early hours of Friday morning after being hit twice and then spat on during the alleged assault near the Schoolies hub at Surfers Paradise. While the victim, Jake Kelly, has since woken from his coma and is in a stable condition, two NSW schoolies appeared in Southport Magistrates Court for their alleged role in the attack.
Daniel El-Nacher, 17, has been charged with grievous bodily harm while Maddy Khal, 18, has been charged with two counts of common assault.
Both men have been granted bail and will return to court on January 5.
It’s alleged both men were part of a group which began an argument with the victim just after midnight at the Cavill Ave Mall.
The argument quickly turned violent with police alleging the El-Nacher hit the victim twice, knocking him out.
It’s then alleged Khal hit the victim about the head twice while he lay on the ground before then spitting on the man.
Police prosecutor Senior Constable Alicia Town told the court the matter was a serious offence while opposing bail.
“It is very concerning this sort of behaviour is happening,” Const Town said.
The victim had regained consciousness by the time police arrived and refused to take the matter further, but he later reported to a Queensland Ambulance Service tent at the Schoolies hub showing symptoms of a head injury.
Police arrested and charged the pair after the victim was treated and taken to hospital.
The court heard Khal claimed he didn’t spit on the man but spit had come out of his mouth after he yelled the Arabic word “haram” at him.
Haram is a term meaning forbidden which can be used for chastising strangers who behave inappropriately.
It was also alleged the El-Nacher had made full admissions to the offence during a police interview, expressing remorse and stated he would have acted differently if he had his time again.
