"The chief weapon in the quiver of all Islamist expansionist movements, is the absolute necessity to keep victims largely unaware of the actual theology plotting their demise. To complete this deception, a large body of ‘moderates’ continue to spew such ridiculous claims as “Islam means Peace” thereby keeping non-Muslims from actually reading the Qur’an, the Sira, the Hadith, or actually looking into the past 1400 years of history. Islamists also deny or dismiss the concept of ‘abrogation’, which is the universal intra-Islamic method of replacing slightly more tolerable aspects of the religion in favor of more violent demands for Muslims to slay and subdue infidels"

Why Did A Good Girl Go To War ?

Amira Karroum was one of many Australians being recruited to fight in Syria

Pg.38 & 39

Amira Karroum’s friends from school remember her beautiful smile and her bubbly personality. She was a girl who would throw her arms around mates and greet them with a hug and a kiss as she grew up a “sweet and caring” daughter on the Gold Coast beaches, where her dad ran a kebab shop along the Glitter Strip.

To the people who knew her from those days, she would have seemed the unlikeliest terrorist — they would never have thought of her as a religious martyr.
But in the months and weeks leading up to her death last week in a bullet-ridden house in war torn Syria alongside her husband Yusuf Ali, her Facebook posts reveal a young woman heading for a dangerous future — and fully prepared for what she would meet.
“Everything is temporary,” she wrote. And: “Islam is my identity. The burqa is my shield. Jannah (the Islamic garden of paradise) is my destination.’’

The husband she called her “lion”, and the “man of my dreams” wrote in one of his last posts: “Preparing for the grave”.
The couple are not the only Australians to go to their graves as part of the rebel cause bringing down the ruthless regime of President Bashar al-Assad, but as the first Australian woman to die Karroum’s story has shocked a public unable to conceive of anyone dying for a foreign country, for a foreign cause, let alone a highly educated and intelligent young woman from a good family.
Young Australian Muslims like Karroum, 22, and Ali are being exploited by radicals and political zealots to go to Syria, says Dr Stepan Kerkyasharian, outgoing chairman of the NSW Community Relations Commission.
“People are being duped into being cannon fodder between the two warring Sunni factions. People are killing each other within their own faith,” he says.

“They are being misled and lured into an evil situation that was about freedom but now it is about the abuse of their religion. In many places, recruitment is so subtle that those being recruited may not even know it.’’
It is believed as many as 205 Australians have travelled to the battlefield that is Syria since the conflict began in 2011 — part of a contingent of about 11,000 foreign fighters answering what they see as Allah’s call to battle.
At least five Jihadist death notices have been posted online for Australians in the complex civil war that has so far claimed more than 100,000 lives.

Some Islamic leaders say Australians may be motivated to join the Syrian conflict out of frustration at a perceived lack of international action against the Assad regime. National security agencies fear what the radicalised fighters will bring home with them.

“The best-case scenario is that someone has witnessed the conflict and comes back with enormous psychological baggage,” Kerkyasharian says.
“The worst-case scenario is someone who has gone there, who’s been involved in the fighting, who’s seen fellow combatants killed and they’ve come back with revenge in his or her heart.”

“They can get skills, connections, and may decide to carry out violence,” Zammit says.
“Authorities are very worried. They are aware that this is the greatest mobilisation of Australians to fight with jihadist groups that we’ve ever had.
“They could be travelling there with all sorts of motives, often after having watched footage of people they identify with being killed by the Assad regime. The big issue is what groups they get involved with once over there.”
In 2012 Karroum, who had studied graphic design at Queensland’s University of Technology, moved to Sydney and met USborn Yusuf Ali, a Muslim convert.

They married in April last year and settled at Granville in Sydney’s west — in the heart of the Muslim community.
Despite her education at one of the country’s top Anglican schools, St Hilda’s in Brisbane, Karroum was always a Muslim — but it was not until a couple of years ago that she started to wear a burqa. On her Facebook page, she described her work as a “Slave of Allah” and her posts became increasingly extreme, condemning America, the war on terror and even democracy.

“Today I witnessed hijabi girls promoting democracy with their Tshirts and their stupid voting papers. Kuffars! May Allah guide these strangers!’’ she posted on federal election day last September.
After wild Muslim riots in Sydney’s Hyde Park in 2012 she called for more violence, urging Facebook followers to: “F... the police! Smash the cop cars.”

On the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks, she posted: “Worst effing night. I’m proud of being a Muslim!!!!! 10 years of war in Afghanistan for two towers.”
She talked of going to a shooting range and, on Facebook, regularly checked in at a Sydney address she called “Bin Laden’s Cave”. In Granville, Ali is alleged to have been recruited by Hamdi Alqudsi, 39, and sent with another four men to Syria. A sixth, aged 23, was arrested at Brisbane airport.

Alqudsi, a disability pensioner, was arrested in December and accused of being the mastermind behind a network sending Australians to Syria to fight alongside Jabhat al-Nusra and other al-Qaedalinked groups. Alqudsi, charged with recruiting, organising and funding the men, is the husband of controversial Muslim Carnita Matthews — the woman who, in 2010, claimed police tried to rip off her burqa to see her face during a roadside breath test.

Yesterday Alqudsi, asked to comment on the current situation in the Middle East said: “No thank you. I don’t speak English, I don’t speak English.”

Ali left Australia for Syria soon after his marriage, saying he was going to do humanitarian work. Karroum followed him just days before Christmas, telling her family she was heading to Denmark to holiday with friends and then do some humanitarian work.

They were killed inside a house near the city of Aleppo, which is near the border with Turkey and ground zero of the war, possibly by members of the Free Syrian Army.
The rebels are fighting government troops and other factions trying to oust Assad.

On Facebook, Karroum’s sister Rose, who also embraced Islam and calls herself the “Mujahidah Lioness”, asked for prayers for the couple, who she said had been “martyred”. She described her sister as a “soldier” who had been parted from her husband by “something bigger than them”.
An al-Qaeda fan page posted a photo of Yusuf Ali on Monday, labelling him and his wife martyrs: “May Allah SWT unite them both in the Highest of Heavens ...Ameen.”

Pious Muslim Sociopath Amira Karroum "F … the police! Smash all the cop cars.''

Amira Karroum’s half-brother Karl Karroum said the family had no idea she was going to Syria.
“They are peaceful people,” he said of Amira and her husband.
Gold Coast Islamic Society president Hussin Goss says the couple worshipped at his mosque when they were visiting the Gold Coast. He does not believe they were radicals.

“People say they must have been radicalised in Sydney or on the Gold Coast but the last time I saw Yusuf about six months ago, he was a normal person — smiling, having fun, and praying of course,’’ Goss says.
“Amira was a good girl who did a lot of volunteer work in the community. She was more of a giver than a taker — she had an open heart. I can only say good things about her.’’
Goss says he understood Karroum and Ali had gone to Syria to do “humanitarian work” — not to fight the Syrian government.

“They were over there trying to help because the governments of the world aren’t,’’ he says.
On the Gold Coast, Karroum’s father Mohamad suffered a mild heart attack when he heard the news of her death. Her mother Honor Deane said she was “distraught with grief”.

Just weeks ago Karroum had posted a Facebook photo of her mother with love hearts and emoticons and the words: “My Life, My Mum”.

Hala Trad is a 23-year-old philosophy student from Yagoona. She was born in Australia to
Lebanese parents. Her father Keysar fled his homeland in 1976 as a refugee and her mother arrived here in 1986. Here she tells TAYLOR AUERBACH why she sympathises with Australian Muslims who feel compelled to join the war in Syria.

IS Islam against fighting? I don’t know how to answer that question.
It’s not completely against war because war happens. Suicide is completely Haram (against Islam) but war isn’t.
Sometimes you’re in a position where you need to fight. I definitely sympathise with the frustrations of Muslims in Australia who feel like they have to go over to Syria.
I know some people who I believe went over there to fight. People say things. By the way they talk, it seems like they went over for the cause.
The situation in Syria is very hard to hear about, especially from Australia where we can’t do anything. I get goose bumps just thinking about it. So many people are being oppressed by this regime and being displaced.
I’m not qualified to go over, I don’t have the resources. But I can understand how people would do anything to help the people the government regime is oppressing.

It’s hard to tell people not to go over and fight because Islamic people get very heated up by the situation. They feel helpless. It’s not close geographically, but it’s so close to home. One thing that Islam teaches is that we have to help our Muslim brothers and sisters.
This tyrannical regime is oppressing their brothers and sisters and it’s incredibly frustrating.
They feel helpless from here. Could they die as martyrs? It really depends on their motivations for going over there and the situation they were in when they got harmed.

Personally, I’m a philosopher. I think there are other ways to help. Any sort of humanitarian aid that I can do, I do.”

Progressives and what they call an education system

Student that punched a teacher who was subsequently fired for putting him in a headlock feels no remorse

Brenden Hills
The DailyTelegraph
January 18,2014

A STUDENT who punched his teacher in the head during class said he's not sorry the man was sacked for putting him in a headlock.

Former Riverstone High School student Jarrad O'Hanlon told The Sunday Telegraph he felt no remorse over the 2011 incident which ended the twenty-year career of teacher Stephen Krix.

Mr Krix, then a probationary science and agriculture teacher, was fired for misconduct for breaking NSW Department of Education and Communities strict guidelines by making physical contact with a student.

Mr O'Hanlon refused to take off his headphones during a science lesson, told the Mr Krix to

"f*** off" several times - before punching him when he stood close to the student and refused to move.

O'Hanlon, 18, was suspended over the incident, but claimed the teacher deserved to be sacked.

"I don't feel bad because he started it," Mr O'Hanlon said. "He provoked it."

He declined to comment any further and said: "I don't want any part of it".

Mr Krix lost an appeal against his sacking in the NSW Industrial Relations Commission earlier this month.

Stephen Krix sacked for putting student in a headlock after he was punched

The commission found Mr Krix should not have made physical contact with Mr O'Hanlon, despite Mr Krix arguing he was defending himself because Mr O'Hanlon was punching him.

Since The Sunday Telegraph revealed Mr Krix's plight last week, a Facebook page titled "Fix Our Schools - Support Stephen Krix" emerged last week and has more than 2000 'likes'.

An online petition calling the department to reinstate Mr Krix as a teacher has also received 100 signatures.

Mr Krix now works in the security industry and said he wasn't surprised at the teen's flippant attitude because "he's never been taught boundaries."

"I have no anger towards Jarrad because he's just taking advantage of the rules of the game," Mr Krix said.

"No significant action has ever been taken against him."

"I don't see asking a student to do his work as provocation … it's me doing my job."

The other incidents of misconduct included Mr Krix blocking the path of three students as they tried to run out of his classroom.

The third happened when Mr Krix's students kicked flammable liquid at each other - leaving one with serious burns - after he left the scene of the science experiment to stop a student stealing petrol from his car.

Mr Krix said the ruling meant teachers were powerless to discipline or stop students from physically assaulting them.

The punching episode was the second incident where Mr O'Hanlon physically assaulted Mr Krix during a class, according to his 168 page school discipline record tendered to the NSWIRC.

In February 2011, Mr O'Hanlon was suspended for four days for calling Mr Krix a "f***wit" three times and pushing him in the chest "very hard".

Asked whether it was appropriate to sack Mr Krix and how he should react when a student punched him, a department spokesman said: "action will not be taken against teachers who act reasonably in their conduct while disciplining students".

"Teachers are dismissed in circumstances where their conduct towards students is extreme and could not be considered appropriate given circumstances at the time," the spokesman

Green Loons continuing War on Christianity

It should be noted that the Greens and their Co Party partners, the Australian Labor Party are the responsible for the Open Borders "Immigration"Policy that saw 50,000 plus, predominantly Muslim males, 18 to 28 years of age, imported into Australia under their "Co Party"government of the past six years, led by Rudd, Gillard and again Rudd.

Lord, deliver us from this time wasting Green idiocy

The Daily Telegraph

Pg.41
The Greens’ campaign to scrap the Lord’s Prayer from parliament is so exquisitely
boutique, bourgeois and anally introspective that it is hard not to believe it was deliberately conceived in an effort to make the party even more repellent to middle Australia than it already is.

Indeed, it is almost as though the Greens’ Marketing Sub-Collective had stumbled across a hitherto undiscovered rock-dwelling hermit who didn’t already regard them as a pack of inner city wankers and thus determined that they would have to ratchet up their brand messaging.

The most telling aspect of Acting Leader Richard Di Natale’s call this week to dump the Lord’s Prayer from the opening of each parliamentary session is that, prior to him making it, 99 per cent of Australians didn’t even know it was there and, of the tiny remainder who did, 99 per cent didn’t particularly care.

This is perhaps because the process of the Speaker reciting the “Our Father” and half the gathered MPs mumbling along has precisely zero negative impact on the rest of the country.
The question, therefore, is not really whether the Lord’s Prayer should be there or not but rather why would anyone with half a brain care?

The reason, as Senator Di Natale outlined to The Sydney Morning Herald, is that: “(When the prayers are read) there are a lot of people who are silent or who are thinking of other things.”

More expansive thinkers might be tempted to respond: “Well, yes. So what’s the problem?” Even a Fairfax poll had two-thirds of respondents saying it should be kept.
And even if the good senator’s fears are taken at face value, one might be tempted to respond with an expression he might also take exception to: Heaven forbid!
Just imagine the sinister threat of politicians having a moment of contemplation, or — an even more unthinkable precedent — being silent for a few seconds.

And for those who do recite the words, however half-heartedly, there is also the risk that they might subconsciously absorb such sinister exhortations as to be grateful for what we have and to forgive others’ transgressions. If these messages were taken to heart it would be the end of party politics as we know it — not to mention the Coalition’s border protection policy.

Fortunately for those who fear such a terrifying prospect, the prayer in parliament is not taken with the literal zeal it has in other times and places.
Rather, it is for most a quaint and salient reminder of Australia’s origins as one of the world’s most successful, tolerant and prosperous liberal democracies and its place in the canon of western civilisation in the Judeo-Christian tradition.

There is also the rather tiresome complaint that the reading of the prayer is somehow oppressive of or excludes the many Australians of other faiths or no faith at all.

Notwithstanding the almost imperceptible level of protest from citizens of other religions, this has clearly not registered as a concern for the thousands of desperate people who risk their lives to come to this country by boat, nor the millions more refugees everywhere from Syria to Sudan who would give their eye teeth for a home here.
It thus lies somewhere between perplexing and staggering that someone would want to purge such a benign part of Australia’s scarred but still incredibly blessed history, particularly someone called Richard Di Natale, whose name ultimately translates as “Richard of Christmas”.
Would he also want to expunge his own surname for visiting implicit oppression upon people of other cultures and faiths? Of course not.

Asylum seekers allege mistreatment at hands of navy

Bianca Hall, Michael Bachelard
SMH
January 19, 2014

Australian naval personnel have been accused of behaving improperly towards asylum seekers, and Defence has confirmed it is investigating one of its members over allegedly inappropriate comments made on social media.

A spokeswoman said the Royal Australian Navy was aware that a member had posted inappropriate material, and had begun an internal investigation. ''It would be inappropriate to make further comment about this matter until the assessment and any subsequent investigation is completed,'' she said.

The man under investigation had commented on a friend's Facebook post about asylum seekers. The friend, who claims to be a member of the anti-Islam Australian Defence League, posted on Facebook about asylum seekers whose boat had sunk. The navy member in question wrote, ''I'm about to head out today to deal with these f---ers.''

The navy member has since changed his employment status on social media.

Defence issued new guidelines for the use of social media by its personnel in January last year, including the private use of social media where personnel can be identified as being a Defence employee or member of the Australian Defence Force.

Meanwhile, two Pakistani men on an Australian lifeboat sent back to Indonesia last week have said they were mistreated by navy personnel.

Mir Abbas and Haneef Hussain, both from the war-torn Pakistani area of Gilgit-Baltistan, said they had thought they would die in rough seas on the small orange boat, and that everyone was distressed and vomiting within the enclosed cabin.

Mr Hussain said he had broken one of four windows on the boat and climbed on to the canopy because he felt he would die inside.

He said the navy officers, who had originally taken them from the ocean, then kept them on board HMAS Stuart for two days and had treated them badly. Asked by one man for help for his wife, an officer had said: ''F--- your wife and f--- your mother.''

Mr Abbas said they had asked the asylum seekers why they had come that way.

The men, both members of a Shiite minority, said they had known about Australia's tough policies before they embarked, but that even going to Nauru or Papua New Guinea was preferable to staying to be bombed or shot in their village by Sunni extremists.

Both men were on a boat that sank last year. They were rescued by the Australian navy and returned to Indonesia. They lost the $US4500 they spent on that trip. The attempt last week, which ended in their being returned by lifeboat, had cost them $3500. Australia Defence Force chief David Hurley rejected last week any claims of mistreatment, saying his men and women ''consistently demonstrate great compassion and courage, often at great risk to their own safety''.

Immigration Minister Scott Morrison has also defended navy personnel. ''[They] conduct their roles with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and personal courage in extremely trying and challenging circumstances.''

Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said on Saturday she had apologised to her Indonesian counterpart, Marty Natalegawa, over revelations Australian ships repeatedly breached Indonesian territorial waters in asylum seeker operations. ''I have contacted him in writing,'' Ms Bishop said. ''I've sent a written apology on behalf of the Australian government and also personally.''

Anger is growing in Indonesia after it was revealed Australian ships repeatedly breached their territorial waters. Australian navy and customs ships are suspected of having crossed Indonesia's 12-nautical-mile limit at least five times in the past month.

In response, Indonesia on Friday said it would step up its own maritime patrols in a move that could heighten the risk of confrontation.

The Jakarta Globe ran a front-page headline thundering ''A Deplorable Act'', and observed: ''In self-defence: Indonesia sends more naval vessels to its southern borders after Australian ships breach Indonesian waters.''

Asked whether she was tiring of apologising to Dr Natalegawa, Ms Bishop said: ''We are in regular communication. We are working together for the shared purpose of ensuring the people smuggling [model] is dismantled but also that the Australia-Indonesia relationship can strengthen. That's our shared purpose.''

Sydney's Occupied Territories :Labor Green Loon's VOTE People, Brothers 4 Life

Life inside the BLF Gang

Yoni Bashan, State Political Reporter
The Sunday Telegraph
12 Jan 2014
Pg's. 14, 15

His gang, Brothers 4 Life, which he founded and directed from the state's most secure prison, had lost its way.
Its members were flying off the handle on drugs and alcohol and straying from Hamzy’s fundamentalist Muslim ideology.

Catch Up : Sydney's Occupied Territories Muslim Crime Gang rounded up and bail refused

So in July 2012, he turned to underworld identity Farhad Qaumi, giving him instructions to clean up the gang and take it back to its roots.
Known as “The Afghan”, Qaumi and his cohorts had transformed themselves from the poor sons of immigrants living in Auburn to men who could hold their own with some of Sydney’s most wealthy, powerful and colourful identities.
On New Year’s Day, Qaumi was shot on board a luxury yacht as he rubbed shoulders with Kings Cross identity Adam Freeman, the son of organised crime figure George Freeman, and a number of other prominent figures, including some from the Italian underworld.
The party on board the Oscar II was believed to be a “send off” for Freeman, who is soon to be sentenced for his role in a $3 million commercial drug operation for which his co-accused was given a nine-year prison term.
The decision to recruit Qaumi to B4L would be the catalyst for a bloody and very public war for dominance within the group.
Instead of saving the gang, the decision would destroy it.

HIGH ROLLERS
THE Brothers 4 Life were an impenetrable force.
At the height of their presence in south western Sydney from late 2011, gang members were openly snubbing their noses at authorities, flashing their wealth and committing brutal, public acts of violence.
Unlike more sophisticated gangs, they were not interested in discretion.
Their Sydney leader, Mohammed Hamzy — nicknamed “Little Crazy” — got around in a $160,000 Mustang and kept a Range Rover in his driveway despite living in public housing and being on a disability support pension.
Another gang member sported an $80,000 Breitling watch, while others were regulars in the high-rollers room at The Star casino.
A 19-year-old newcomer was the registered owner of a luxury Audi Q7 even

VICTIM A
AS homicide investigators worked the Amood murder, the Middle Eastern Organised Crime squad was running a separate operation to profile the Brothers 4 Life.
Only vague details were known about them.
Questions remained: How vast is their membership? How do they communicate? Who is in charge? What cars do they drive?
What police needed was a source — a luxury they didn’t have. This would change on February 9, 2013.
A 24-year-old drug runner working for the gang arrived at Bankstown Hospital after being shot twice in the legs.
He was a “good kid playing crook”, police later said; he was not cut out for the lifestyle. Police convinced him to change his life and turn informant.
Today he is a Crown witness known as Victim A. He told police everything.

ENEMIES WITHIN
AS the Amood investigation continued, Bassam Hamzy was making plans from prison.
He had formed an alliance with Farhad Qaumi, who was on remand for a murder charge that was later dropped.

The officer who investigated Qaumi, Justin Harris, alleges he was recruited by Hamzy for a specific purpose.

“We became aware that he (Qaumi) and his family were developing links with Brothers 4 Life,” Mr Harris, now out of the NSW Police Force, said.
“He was recruited because of their internal conflicts.
“He (Bassam Hamzy) wanted to clean the gang up because he’d thought they’d lost their true calling in relation to their religion.”
When Qaumi, was acquitted, he re-entered western Sydney and set up the Blacktown B4L chapter, stacking it with fellow Afghans.

Police believe that among them were his two brothers, Mumtaz, 29, and Jamil, 21.
A power struggle emerged between the Blacktown and the Bankstown chapter, controlled by Hamzy’s cousin, over a lucrative Blacktown drug territory.
One version of events is that a man controlling the drug turf, receiving protection from the Bankstown crew, was being stood over by Blacktown B4L members.

It prompted a series of shootings and retaliation, causing the gang to cannibalise itself. Instead of fighting other gangs, they were killing and maiming themselves.
On October 31, the game changed with the death of Mahmoud Hamzy outside his
cousin Mohammed’s home at Revesby Heights.

Near nightly reprisals followed. At one stage, a 13-yearold girl became collateral damage when a shotgun was fired into her home, targeting her brother.
Police, behind the scenes, began using the rift as leverage and were planning their own attack.

On November 7, homicide detectives and officers from the Middle Eastern Organised Crime Squad (MEOCS) mounted co-ordinated arrests which knocked out the Bankstown chapter and a portion of the Blacktown membership, including Qaumi’s younger brother Jamil.
After 12 months, Mohammed Hamzy was charged over the murder of Yehye Amood while members of his senior leadership were charged over the kneecapping of Ali.
The move meant the end of B4L’s mother chapter at Bankstown — a major win for police.
The matter of Qaumi, however, still had to be resolved.

THE ROSE BAY WHARF SHOOTING
IT was a who’s who of gangland characters.
There was Farhad Qaumi, his brother Mumtaz and another man, Fawad Bari, an alleged
member of their Blacktown B4L chapter.

They were there on the Oscar II yacht with a bevy of girls and, to the surprise of many, a small group of Italians, all to “send off” Kings Cross identity Adam Freeman. Freeman, who last September pleaded guilty to drugs charges in court, is awaiting sentence and reliable sources have confirmed he was on the boat and the party was in his honour.
The night was going well until the vessel attempted to dock at Rose Bay.
A hidden gunman opened fire, hitting Qaumi in the shoulder as he sat with his back to a window.

It can now be revealed those behind the hit are suspected of being on board the yacht at the time and had been using social media to coordinate with the gunman on dry land.

It’s understood the owners of the prestigious yacht are now considering changing its name due to the incident.

THE ARRESTS
ON Wednesday, police swooped on Blacktown chapter boss Qaumi and effectively brought an end to the Brothers 4 Life gang.

His arrest, along with his brother Mumtaz, was described by officers as “cutting off the head of the snake” of the gang.
Both were charged with directing the activities of a criminal group, along with drugs and firearm possession offences.

It was MEOCS officers from Strike Force Sitella who made the arrests — they had been investigating the Blacktown chapter and six shootings, plus an assault, since mid-last year.
Five guns have been seized and ballistics has already linked some to other crimes, MEOCS commander Deb Wallace said.

Questions remain as to whether recent unsolved hits will match the weapons, including the murder of Joe Antoun at Strathfield in December, the near-identical slaying of his business partner Vasko Boskovski in July, or the B4L-linked murder of Mahmoud Hamzy at Revesby Heights.
With the bosses of both Bankstown and Blacktown chapters behind bars, the future of the group appears over.

The family and friends of a young Australian man who died while fighting in the civil war in Syria have held a memorial service in Sydney's west.

Caner Temel, 22, was allegedly recruited to fight the Assad regime for Al Qaeda and its affiliate Jabha al-Nusra.

He was from Auburn, in Sydney's west, and of Turkish descent.

Up to 100 people are believed to have gone to a family home in western Sydney last night to express their sorrow.

The details of how and where and how he died are not clear but friends have taken to social media to express their sorrow, calling him a martyr and a soldier.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is working to confirm the details.

Temel's death comes just days after the killing of Sydney couple Yusuf and Amira Ali near Aleppo last weekend.

Both Temel and Ali were allegedly aided by Sydney man Hamdi Al Qudsi to travel to Syria.

Court documents filed late last year state Temel, who also known as Abu Moussa, was in Syria with the intent to "engage in hostile activity".

In December, Al Qudsi was arrested and charged with assisting people to travel to Syria to fight in the long-running conflict.

He faces seven charges under the Crimes Act relating to foreign incursions and recruitments and faces a maximum of 10 years in jail.

Between June and August last year, Al Qudsi is accused of helping Temel travel to the region to engage in "armed hostilities".

The Australian Federal Police say Al Qudsi has links to the banned terrorist organisation Jabhat al-Nusra Front.

Indonesia demands immediate cessation of Australian Border Protection and orders Indonesian Navy ships into its Indian Ocean coastline.

This is the best I have ever heard from these clowns. Demanding that the Australian Government of Tony Abbott return to the Union, GetUp funded, Labor / Green Loon Co Party goverment's of Lu Kewen aka. Kevin 07 aka Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard's,six years of open borders and importation into Australia of predominantly single Muslim males 18 to 28 years of age, colonisation of Australia, via their Asylum seeker / refugee SCAM.

Why would these self described "Progressive" Labor Green Loons demand that Australia be colonised by followers a seventh century Mass murderer, Slave Trader, Misogynist Paedophile ?
Why would "Progressives" demand and indeed facilitate the importation of such people into a Judeo Christian Western Democracy like Australia?

Indonesia threatens Australia, and demands Australia stop defending its borders from Islamic Insurgents. Yeah I know that's not what they said but that's what they mean.

This Guy took on the job of dealing with the Drug and Alcohol FUCKED DREGS of Australian Society and LOST

The following story is about a good man, who's only crime was to work his arse hole out, so as to further the advancement of his wife and children's future, then some drunk piss head took a cheap shot and felled him.
That cowardly punch took from this man everything he lived and worked for.
Fady's wife Daniell and their children represent what Australia is all about, self reliance hard work and the sacrosancy of the family.
Fady's assailant is what Australia is not about, despite the progressive Lefts promotion of all behaviours belief's are equal.

Aussie News and Views is so sick and tired of reading of these stories, some innocent Australian bashed senseless by some drug fucked piss head via a cowardly sucker punch out of no where.

If Fady Taiba's accused offers a defence of intoxication, then in my opinion he should have added to his sentence extra punishments for been intoxicated whilst assaulting Fady Taiba.
I am one pissed off Australian.
Yes I have a personal interest here, a family member was on more than one occasion similarly assaulted by some Drug Fucked Piss Heads 'just for the fun of it"

King-hit bouncer Fady Taiba squeezes wife Danielle's hand

A GENTLE squeeze of the hand was the tonic Danielle Taiba needed to feel from her critically ill husband to know he was fighting to stay alive.

Father-of-four Fady Taiba, 43, has been in a coma for the past week, after allegedly being king hit while working as a bouncer outside a Sydney nightclub.

Each day, Mrs Taiba has sat at his bedside in St Vincent's Hospital's intensive care unit, holding his hand, chatting to him and begging that he pull through.

On Thursday night, a gentle squeeze from her husband of 20-years, was the assurance and encouragement she and their children needed.

PUNCH ROBBED DAD FADY OF A PROUD MOMENT

"My baby squeezed my hand," an emotional Mrs Taiba said. "It's going to be OK, I know it is."

The couple's eldest son Adam, 17, who should be competing in a national swimming competition in Adelaide this week but was too distraught to go, then grabbed his dad's hand to feel it for himself.

"It's reassuring Dad's there," Adam said.

FAMILY OF ACCUSED BASHER FINDS $1 MILLION FOR BAIL

Until then, there had been little response from Mr Taiba, something doctors have told the family is normal for a person in a medically induced coma.

Mr Taiba had part of his skull removed to relieve the bleeding and the pressure on his brain, when he was rushed to hospital, last Friday night.

Doctors have no idea as to the extent of Mr Taiba's injuries, until they slowly wake him from the coma when his condition allows.

"They're telling us that around day 10 they will try and wake him, but it depends on when the swelling goes down," his sister Tess said.

In the meantime, Tess said it's a waiting game.

"It's just devastating seeing him like that. His kids haven't been to school at all since this happened, they're too upset," she said.

"We are all trying to be positive, but you can't help but wonder what the future will be like for him."

Mr Taiba, a first aid instructor, was working a night shift as a security guard at Bar 333 in the CBD, when he was allegedly assaulted.

He took on the extra work to give as much as he could to his talented children, Tess said.

UBS banker James Longworth, 32, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. He was granted bail and will face court again on November 5.

INDONESIA has demanded Australia stop its border-protection operations and warned it will strengthen warship patrols of its maritime borders, after Australian patrol vessels breached Indonesian territorial waters.

Sky News, Community TV,ABC,SBS, wannabees, salivating over what they see as a diplomatic gaff by Australian Conservative (Liberal) PM Tony Abbott as in securing Australia's borders as promised in his pre election promise to do so in the September 7 2013 Federal Election.

Immigration Minister Scott Morrison confirmed the territorial waters breaches, revealed in The Australian yesterday, and Australia's unqualified apology but he refused to confirm the violations occurred as Operation Sovereign Borders vessels forced asylum-seeker boats back to Indonesia.

The turn-back operation apparently started in mid-December, in spite of Jakarta's hostility to the strategy. Reportedly five boatloads have since been forced to return, though Indonesia only officially confirms two and Canberra refuses to acknowledge any specific case.

A spokesman for Indonesia's senior security minister warned the new incidents threatened attempts to repair the bilateral relationship, following the November revelation that an Australian security agency had mounted a spying operation in 2009 against President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, his wife and their political confidants.

"If they entered Indonesian waters like that, this will only worsen the situation and the relationship between Indonesia and Australia," said Agus Barnas, spokesman for Djoko Suyanto, Coordination Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs.

Indonesia plans to boost its naval presence where the Australian incursions happened, with a third frigate set to join the southern patrol.

"The government of Indonesia has the legal right to protect and defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity in accordance with international laws and the UN Charter," it said.

In "condemning and rejecting" the 20km marine border violations yesterday, Mr Djoko and Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa explicitly linked the Australian border breaches and the turn-back operation.

"Indonesia demands that such operations conducted by the Australian government that leads to these incidents be suspended until formal clarification is received and guarantees such incidents will not recur," he said.

The statement, which does not acknowledge Australia's "unqualified apology" for the incursions, was released following meetings with Dr Yudhoyono yesterday morning and phone consultation with Dr Natalegawa, who is visiting Myanmar.

Mr Morrison said yesterday that Foreign Minister Julie Bishop had been unable to convey Australia's apology directly to her counterpart on Thursday night because he was travelling.

Mr Morrison yesterday blamed "positional errors" for the incursions which he said were accidental. "I unreservedly apologise to the government of Indonesia for this," Mr Morrison said.

The Weekend Australian understands there were five or six breaches of Indonesian waters involving two vessels from the Royal Australian Navy and one from the Australian Customs Service, all operating under the control of Border Protection Command.

An investigation into the extent of the incursions, which vessels were involved and why and when they entered Indonesian water has been launched by Australian Defence Force chief, David Hurley.

It is considered unlikely that the crews of the Australian vessels were unaware of their positions given the sophisticated navigation equipment aboard them.

It is possible that the Australian vessels may have continued to tow or to escort asylum-seeker vessels to get them closer to a landfall on Indonesia either to ensure they made it there safely or to stop them turning back towards Australia or Christmas Island.

Tony Abbott, Ms Bishop and Mr Morrison have repeatedly assured Indonesia their boats strategy did not involve Australian vessels entering Indonesian waters.

Bill Shorten accused Mr Morrison of blaming the sailors to cover up flaws in the government's policies.

Operation Sovereign Borders commander Angus Campbell said he was advised of the breach on Wednesday afternoon after a routine report was examined by a border command official.

He said navy personnel did not know they had breached Indonesian waters at the time.

"I'm determined such events won't occur again," Lieutenant General Campbell said.
